“I went down to South MS Powersports this morning and I was very impressed. I HIGHLY recommend them. If they sold cars I would definitely be my go to for life. No pushy sales people or sales gimmicks. They even have prices visible on all their inventory. Just 100% transparency!!! I’ve been to another local power sports dealer just to look around and had a sales rep follow me around the store like a lost puppy from the moment I walked in the door and no prices on any inventory except apparel. Not the case at South MS Powersports!!! If you go to South MS Powersports you won’t want to go anywhere else!!!”

Was contacted by the owner and issues were addressed. They explained the increase, and apologized that i wasn’t contacted prior to the work being done to explain. The owner owned up, apologized, fixed the other minor issues with the work, and the car looks good as new.
She was professional, kind, prompt and accommodating and her customer service was top notch. Its hard to find business that are customer service driven and actually care about their customers being satisfied. This is one of the good ones.
Everyone was nice and the work looks good, just didnt expect to pay 38%more than the estimate at pick up. No one called to let me know or make sure i still wanted the work done. Would have appreciated the communication, prior to picking up the finished car.”

We had trouble finding a bearing that would fit, even after I left the gentleman continued to look and call several people he knew to try and find the right bearing. I can't think of another business that goes out of the way to try and help the customer like I experienced here.”

“Our family is visiting Biloxi/Gulfport from out of state for the holidays. Our headlamp stopped working unexpectedly. We called O’Reilly Auto Parts near my mother’s home and Daniel answered our call. He explained that depending on the vehicle, they can replace the bulb for us. I drove to O’Reilly Auto Parts and Daniel was able to find the bulb we needed AND replace the bulb in 10 minutes! “Maximum Auto Parts is the premier auto parts store on the coast. The owner Tommy and his staff exemplify the true meaning of customer service. No other parts store on the coast even comes close to these guys! Weither your looking for: auto parts, welding supplies, tractor truck parts, detailing supplies or custom hydraulic hoses these guys have it. What they dont have in stock the can get for you. I was restoring an old outboard motor with bad battery cable harness that was no longer available and after being turned away from a local auto electrical supply company Tommy allowed me to use his crimper to splice a new cable and restore the wiring harness.”

“My experience with this facility is varied. It's a home-style, mom-and-pop business, not bound by rigid checklists or formal processes. They diagnose the issue and then discuss repair options with the customer. The owner, David Buchanan, is a confident and attentive listener, and his certified mechanics are very experienced in efficiently diagnosing and repairing transmissions. I have presented a jeep with certain transmission problems induced by Firestone of biloxi: its one thing to totally build it to brand new with a costly pay tag, versus common sense to diagnose, and fix the component that's bad. Now, my 2007 Lincoln town car is on the block: lets see what happens next: a $2700.00 total rebuild, or a $40.00 dollar TCM modular replacement. You people who read this, take heed: workplaces like this only exist in corporate hell: this group is for the customer.”

“Go to the end of the road and turn around to be able to drivers side back into the driveway. Check in at office. They take lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM. Unload took a bit of time but employees are nice friendly people.”
“Called ahead about an AC Delco alternator. They had one in stock! Drove up there to get it after we got the old one out. He took it out of the box and said someone had to of dropped this thing - it was most definitely broken and there were metal pieces broken off. He wasn't sure how soon he could get me a replacement with Thanksgiving coming up, so he checked for other options and said they had a brand new one at their warehouse and he'd sell it to me for $400 (usually $500+). He drove over to the warehouse and picked it up himself. Awesome customer service!”

Amazing Customer Service, I brought my car in with check engine light on. They checked my codes again from the ones I got earlier and explained that it could be something else but they will check and see. Chris explained the process every step of the way. He was able to order the parts and get me in and done today. Again 6 Stars. I also love that they work with Snap Finance it helps out a lot. Thank y'all for your hard work and exceptional service!!!”
