No other parts store on the coast even comes close to these guys! Weither your looking for: auto parts, welding supplies, tractor truck parts, detailing supplies or custom hydraulic hoses these guys have it. What they dont have in stock the can get for you. I was restoring an old outboard motor with bad battery cable harness that was no longer available and after being turned away from a local auto electrical supply company Tommy allowed me to use his crimper to splice a new cable and restore the wiring harness.”

They started their work is scheduled due to a delay in parts which was no cause of Their Own the car was ready couple of days late. We had trouble finding a bearing that would fit, even after I left the gentleman continued to look and call several people he knew to try and find the right bearing. “Called ahead about an AC Delco alternator. They had one in stock! Drove up there to get it after we got the old one out. He took it out of the box and said someone had to of dropped this thing - it was most definitely broken and there were metal pieces broken off. He wasn't sure how soon he could get me a replacement with Thanksgiving coming up, so he checked for other options and said they had a brand new one at their warehouse and he'd sell it to me for $400 (usually $500+). He drove over to the warehouse and picked it up himself. Awesome customer service!”

I had a lift kit and new tires installed, and after everything was done, I started getting a vibration. It wasn’t anything they caused, but Chris went above and beyond to help figure it out. After taking the time to really check things over, he found the issue was in the tires themselves.
He swapped them out for a different brand that worked great, and now the truck rides smooth as ever. That kind of customer service and dedication is hard to find these days.
