Amazing Customer Service, I brought my car in with check engine light on. They checked my codes again from the ones I got earlier and explained that it could be something else but they will check and see. Chris explained the process every step of the way. He was able to order the parts and get me in and done today. Again 6 Stars. I also love that they work with Snap Finance it helps out a lot. Thank y'all for your hard work and exceptional service!!!”
“I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They have worked on multiple vehicles for me over the years, and they have always treated me well, been honest, and taken great care of me.
Most recently, I was dealing with a warranty issue involving a dealership, and they truly went above and beyond. They went to bat for me, stood behind their work and what they knew was right, and kept fighting the issue until the dealership finally made it right. They could have easily told me it wasn’t their problem and left me to deal with it on my own, but they didn’t.
It means a lot to have a mechanic I can actually trust and know is looking out for me. I’m incredibly thankful for everything they’ve done for me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, dependable shop that genuinely cares about its customers.”

I called and the lady that answered told me to come right on over and she would have one of the guys take a look at it. It took them about 40 minutes to do the repair and she would not accept payment from me afterwards...I asked her at least 4 times to please let me pay something and she wouldn't let me. Super folks!!!”
“Needed to replace shattered side glass on our Tesla Model Y.
I received clear communication and terrific assistance from the service manager, Demetre. He was able to discount the glass and installation so that I avoided an insurance claim. Our installer Charles was prompt and arrived exactly as scheduled. He seamlessly installed the new glass and cleaned up all the remnants of the old. Would definitely highly recommend!”

“Love the Rice Patch. Today was my first time taking my car there. I have a 2016 Honda Civic that was beginning to be a little sluggish when trying to crank it. In fact, one day it did not crank so I turned the key off, gave it a minute before trying again and then it did crank. I knew I was a little past the third year on my battery which was a 3 to 5 year battery. The car was not always kept in a garage and experienced pretty excessive summer heat every year. I took it to an auto parts place first where they used a meter to check the battery along with other things and everything they checked with the meter “passed” yet the cranking was still just a tiny bit sluggish and I was worried I might end up getting stranded somewhere so I took it to the Rice Patch. They tested the battery and recommended replacing it, which is what we did and the car cranks quickly now like it used to. They didn’t try to upsell me and they were patient with my questions and generous with their time. Hopefully this solves the problem but if anything occurs in the future I will not hesitate to take my business to the Rice Patch. Oh, and it cost me less for this visit than it did purchasing my previous battery (which was comparable) at a battery shop in Houston, Texas over three years ago. I expected to pay quite a bit more than I paid.
Lastly, in the waiting area they had a display with various artwork done by one of the mechanics. They had several of these cute little crosses he made with various brightly colored craft wire. I purchased this red one with a heart base. Love it!”
