I had a lift kit and new tires installed, and after everything was done, I started getting a vibration. It wasn’t anything they caused, but Chris went above and beyond to help figure it out. After taking the time to really check things over, he found the issue was in the tires themselves.
He swapped them out for a different brand that worked great, and now the truck rides smooth as ever. That kind of customer service and dedication is hard to find these days.

“I couldn’t figure out what was going on with my car so the closest part store to me was auto zone . When I got there I went inside to the counter and there was a young lady named Allie. I talked to her and explained what was going on with my car and that my check engine light was on. She used some machine to scan my car & it helped identify the problem. Allie told me what parts I needed and the price of everything, (a few of the products were actually cheaper at autozone than other parts stores which was a plus!) this store has always been run by great employees & a friendly atmosphere.”

I was restoring an old outboard motor with bad battery cable harness that was no longer available and after being turned away from a local auto electrical supply company Tommy allowed me to use his crimper to splice a new cable and restore the wiring harness.”

They started their work is scheduled due to a delay in parts which was no cause of Their Own the car was ready couple of days late. “Called ahead about an AC Delco alternator. They had one in stock! Drove up there to get it after we got the old one out. He took it out of the box and said someone had to of dropped this thing - it was most definitely broken and there were metal pieces broken off. He wasn't sure how soon he could get me a replacement with Thanksgiving coming up, so he checked for other options and said they had a brand new one at their warehouse and he'd sell it to me for $400 (usually $500+). He drove over to the warehouse and picked it up himself. Awesome customer service!”
