“10/10 I had a NIGHTMARE brake job on my 2000 tundra from up north every bolt was seized, everything rust welded. David was so helpful to get me every part and tool I needed. He was so professional and helpful when ordering parts for me as well.
Additionally, Wayne is the man as well! He gave me an on the fly lesson about bending brake lines and installing them. Great team over there and they have a customer for life!”

“Fantastic Mom and Pop operation! Had the exact part I needed for my awning on my motor home and only cost me 25 bucks!! These big box RV stores have gobs of new stuff and can order an entire arm when all I needed was part of the arm on the front end of my awning.

“Drove to napa this evening not knowing i would have the best retail experience of my life! Met Dillon at the counter we needed one of those weird hydraulic hoses you know the kind you need when everything is about to close on the weekend. Not only did Dillon figure out how to make it he made a beautiful piece of hydraulic art that Elon Musk would be proud of, he was so nice I thought he might even come out to the shop and give us a hand putting it back on, go Dillon!!!!!!! The owner should give him the store! If he's not already employee of the month someone should fix that immediately!”

I work in healthcare, so customer service and making people feel comfortable are especially important to me. This experience meant even more knowing that my mom felt completely at ease throughout the buying process, especially since this was her first time purchasing a vehicle.
Ms. Dara was also fantastic. She went above and beyond to help us within our financial goals while making sure she understood exactly what we were looking for. She was very transparent and honest about our options and the situation at hand, and we never felt pressured or misled.
