I love Belk, and always go to the Crossroads Store in Gulfport, MS, but the store has had broken AC for years! I don't understand the problem. Fix it for your customers so they'll actually WANT to shop more. Other than the AC issue, I would give 5 stars. I walk out sweating & relieved to be able to breathe!

Standard department store to me. They had up to 70% off sales but I seen mostly 50%
