“Newer place and I wasn't disappointed! They had a lot of variety for Christmas decorations and gifts! And a lot of them were decently prized. I'm a new fan of this place. It was so overwhelming having so many options haha. Also have some toys for kids, alongside men's and women's gifts”

“When to the Columbia store, which had nothing I wanted. I saw Wrangler! Went in and was wearing a pair of Wrangler jeans. Showed them the label, and they pulled two pair. I don't understand it, but I have to try on these jeans. Some of the 38's fit and some of the 40s fit.
I asked one of the employees about button-up relax fit, she disappeared, I headed to checkout. It was my turn when the employee showed up with 3 shirts. I took the girl to hold up and tried on and purchased all three. Really wish they were in 3XT.

“This is my most favorite Nautica store ever. The male employee (K) is my favorite employee ever and the reason I have a Nautica line item in my budget. We Or in Gulfport several times a year and this Nautica store is always my first visit. And this gentleman is always the reason why I will come back. The store is beautiful. It’s always well put together. It always looks absolutely impeccable but the customer service I am provided is second to none and if this gentleman isn’t in the store when I come in. I look around and I come back to make sure that when I buy I buy from him just in case they get commission.”
“I have yet to encounter a better selection of menswear on the Mississippi coast. This shop has both range and volume, carrying a variety of outdoor, casual, and elevated wear. They have an extensive selection of blazers and proper suiting. The styles here are grounded in a more traditional fit, but they also seem willing to dabble in a small selection of more trendy, fashionable cuts. The staff was polite, engaging, but never pushy. I was even talked out of buying a pair of slacks on sale because the required tailoring would’ve left the garment oddly shaped. In a smaller community where mediocrity is often the accepted standard, SF Alman’s stands out as an example of how passion for your craft drives success.”

But this is my go to clothing store & every single time I have a return or forget a coupon they’re always so patient and apologetic to me when I’m the customer that’s making the process longer at checkout. “Just left there in Gulfport! The young man there was so great. I was able to get signed up for the coupons and he went so far as to find perfumes for me. I so hated that I couldn’t buy the tester, as I was traveling from out of town and it was a really great scent. I have worn polo blue for 20 years and he got me to try a new one, Midnight Romance.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing women working at H&M in H&M last night. In a time where customer service feels almost nonexistent and so many people give little to no help, these ladies truly went above and beyond for me.
Even though I kept them a little past closing, they were still patient, kind, and eager to help me find two pairs of pants in my size that were out on the floor. They never once made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience they genuinely wanted to make sure I left satisfied.
As someone who also works in customer service, great service means everything to me, and what they did went far beyond what I expected. Experiences like this are rare these days, and because of them, H&M will always have my business. Thank you again for treating people with kindness and care it truly makes a difference.”

“I visited this Ross for the first time this year. I was very suprised i found an item I was looking for on line for a great price.
The store was fairly neat but in retail it is very hard to keep up when sone customers don't place garments back on the rack.
In retail 2026 stores are short staffed , staff has many duties. The restroom was neat and available the day I visited.
Check out went fine the cashier was pleasant and thanked me for shopping. Ross has many good deals and I was suprised of the products offered.

Theres a lot more inventory than what I thought , and dressing areas to try in clothing which i never use but I did use, and ot helped me to choose a better size. Glad i listened to the employee. The owner came in and he was very helpful too, taking time to explain some of the differences between manufacturers with some of the clothing i was asking about... nice place, inviting atmosphere”
