Best Buy is a store with mixed reviews from customers. Some experiences are top-notch, while others are not good. The staff can be excellent and very good, with employees greeting customers and offering help. However, some customers find the staff kind of lazy, Luke warm, or even improper, with accusations of stolen electronics and wasted time. The physical stores have changed, with less focus on games, movies, CDs, and Blu-rays, and now featuring items like refrigerators and deep freezers. Customers wish they had more physical media and find it harder to find things, though they do get some nice gems in from time to time. Product availability can be an issue, with items out of stock or not displayed. Computer systems can be down. While some transactions go smoothly, including in-store pickups, the prices are often described as high for no reason, with no bargain anymore. Repair experiences are particularly mixed, with reports of successful fixes but also confusing and expensive transactions that feel not rite, involving high costs for parts and labor. Overall, some customers suggest never going there due to a loss of trust, while others acknowledge not all staff are bad, just a few exceptions, and thank the business for trying.
Started to have an issue with a customer service girl and a Manager named JJ flew in to save the Day! She was wonderful & she is the whole reason I am making this review!

Ordered a square through square, for same day pickup. The pickup person was super helpful and even showed me where he found the code for next time!

The last three times my husband and I have been there to buy something the site says is in stock, they've been out.
