I called down there wanting pricing because I need a wash and dryer and was a long time customer in the past and she got ruled and told me that she didn't have time to talk to me and she will give me prices once I was approved and told me to go online because she don't have the time how rude is that I have good credit I just wanted to rent this since I'm in a apartment temporarily but another lost customer I guess Owner reach out to me I'm still interested just don't wont to talk to her!”

“Would just like to say that I really, really really appreciated Andy and Jaden yesterday. Andy came in on his off day to help out with what I was told was a difficult problem at another store, which turned out to be a not difficult problem,he and Jaden didn't stop working to fix my issue until it was fixed and I was satisfied with my new payment options and for that I'm very,very grateful to them both. They are two amazing young men so if you want great service make sure they are working and I promise you will get quality service and they won't stop til you're satisfied with your phone service...THANKS JADEN AND ANDY...SABRINA”

“The same girl working was there last time n she and the other lady were so helpful, patient, kind and well versed in their knowledge of the job they're doing. Anytime I have to go into cricket stores after 2 swift as far as handling business first, friendly, and even conversational and helpful but not intrusive at all like some phone stores (which i understand WHY it's like that, but just not my cuppa tea). I would literally choose even going down there instead of paying online just BECAUSE it's like the most ideal visit: To the point, yet friendly to us before, after, and to everyone that was with us (not just the paying customer, and like personal but not too personal) unrushing, and understanding of needs given my description of my reasons for being there. It's a win, win, win, and win. Thank y'all so much for the perfect experience and keep up the great work and have a blessed one!”
