“I made a rental agreement in mid July, the car was almost not road worthy, but it did make it for the time I had it. Upon returning it, I was told the deposit would be returned…they said 7-10 working days, but no return! I decided to give this review to alert others of the dishonest practice this company presents….. I will message Corporate about my deposit, don’t call them, message Corporate!!!”
“Exceptional!!From now on, I will drive to Gulfport to J Allen, from Hattiesburg to do business with Toyota. This will be local dealership. (Btw, Hattiesburg has a Toyota dealership, if you catch me). I received such urgent care on a recall on my Camry when Hattiesburg wouldn't take the time to even care. Jaylen (sp) was very respectful and had my timely needs in mind!! I was planning to leave on Monday on a 9 hr drive and the brake system malfunctioned (the recall) on Friday and he went above and beyond to get my car fixed and me back on the road when Hattiesburg (for the second time) had no time for me and wouldn't even TRY to work me in. I'm highly impressed with J Allen and will continue to drive an hour from now on!!”

“Inexpensive, buuuuuuuuut vehicle had some problems. It stank so bad from the smoke trapped in the fibers it would choke me upon opening the door, the check engine light kept coming off and on and three of the wheels were overinflated by 13 psi while the other one was 2 psi under...It wasn't terrible, but it sure wasn't great. Not sure if this was a bad example or if I should never buy a Hyundai.”

“Excellent care by entire staff. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more friendly. The car we purchased was a Prius everything about the vehicle far exceeded our expectations. Only negative wished the car had room for a full size spare tire. Outstanding dealership! Highly recommend to anyone wanting hassle-free treatment.”
