“This is my most favorite Nautica store ever. The male employee (K) is my favorite employee ever and the reason I have a Nautica line item in my budget. We Or in Gulfport several times a year and this Nautica store is always my first visit. And this gentleman is always the reason why I will come back. The store is beautiful. It’s always well put together. It always looks absolutely impeccable but the customer service I am provided is second to none and if this gentleman isn’t in the store when I come in. I look around and I come back to make sure that when I buy I buy from him just in case they get commission.”

I so hated that I couldn’t buy the tester, as I was traveling from out of town and it was a really great scent. I have worn polo blue for 20 years and he got me to try a new one, Midnight Romance.”
“You won’t believe how wonderfully helpful the staff are in getting you the best options for your event. I stopped in looking like I came straight off the work site with work boots, tshirt and cap. “The manager here knows her merchandise. I stopped but was in a hurry and had little time to shop. I described the type bra I was looking for and she showed me 3 choices. Tried them own and bought 3!! Second time to shop I over heard a conversation where the customer described her needs and the manager again took the customer to a bra that fit her needs. We were all commenting as group that customer service like this is scarse!! She needs a raise and a promotion!! And she said she loves her job......”

“I first met Mr. Leon a few years after Katrina, and found out that he had relocated from Louisiana to the coast of Mississippi. I have had several long conversations with Mr. Leon not only does he have a wonderful store if you catch him at the right time, you can learn some wonderful things from him ! If you are going camping, hunting, or if you are any type of law-enforcement, he can take care of you! And I can personally say if he don’t have something in the store, he will order it for you! Well, worth a trip to go see Mr. Leon at his facility! And he might even teach you something! JIMMY MCNEELY”
