The Home Depot is a store offering a wide variety of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies for home improvement and gardening needs. It has a great selection of items and is generally easy to get into. The store employs an army of orange-suited people moving between merchandise. Staff knowledge and helpfulness can vary; sometimes there are knowledgeable employees, while at other times the staff is less than helpful. Some associates are very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful, even assisting customers to their vehicles, while others may not engage. Service personnel at the front desk have also been noted as sweet and helpful. A specific service mentioned is that it is easy to make extra keys. Traffic when leaving can be difficult depending on the time of day.
We have made frequent stops here all week doing house projects and every department we have been in staff were available and ready to Help. The staff were extremely helpful and customer service was great.

Awesome customer service. Had a young man pretty big fella I needed lights he not only told me where they were he went there and found the light that I needed and found the best deal for me as well. Just awesome that sounds like I can say.
