“Stopped in to get a key made. Tried using the kiosks at a different store and after getting three keys that didn't work decided to give ace a try. The employees were great, they cut the keys very accurately and it was cheaper than using the kiosk.”
“I brought in a bolt I needed replaced and explained the issue I was having. The staff quickly identified exactly what I needed and had me taken care of in no time.
One of the replacement bolts was slightly too long, so I asked if they could cut it down and clean up the threads. They were happy to do it and didn't charge me anything extra for the service. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to help.

“Maximum Auto Parts is the premier auto parts store on the coast. The owner Tommy and his staff exemplify the true meaning of customer service. No other parts store on the coast even comes close to these guys! Weither your looking for: auto parts, welding supplies, tractor truck parts, detailing supplies or custom hydraulic hoses these guys have it. What they dont have in stock the can get for you. I was restoring an old outboard motor with bad battery cable harness that was no longer available and after being turned away from a local auto electrical supply company Tommy allowed me to use his crimper to splice a new cable and restore the wiring harness.”

“Exceptional!!From now on, I will drive to Gulfport to J Allen, from Hattiesburg to do business with Toyota. This will be local dealership. (Btw, Hattiesburg has a Toyota dealership, if you catch me). I received such urgent care on a recall on my Camry when Hattiesburg wouldn't take the time to even care. Jaylen (sp) was very respectful and had my timely needs in mind!! I was planning to leave on Monday on a 9 hr drive and the brake system malfunctioned (the recall) on Friday and he went above and beyond to get my car fixed and me back on the road when Hattiesburg (for the second time) had no time for me and wouldn't even TRY to work me in. I'm highly impressed with J Allen and will continue to drive an hour from now on!!”

“We stopped by Lowe’s on a mission for one very specific item: electronics flux. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it… but they did have just about everything else!
The store was spotless, well organized, and easy to navigate. Every employee we encountered was genuinely friendly and happy to help, even when the answer to my husband’s oddly specific request was, “Sorry, we don’t carry that.”

“When my Mom's well lost prime about the 3rd time in a week we did our best to get it fixed quickly with keeping cost down.. A Sub Contracting friend rode out to give us his opinion.. McGill's was the 1st thing he said after noticing our pump was needing replacing. Called McGills with the run down of our well , the guy on the phone seem to not be alarmed of needing to replace but reassured that rebuilding was a option. He step by step rebuild our pump with us watching his ever move, explaining in detail. He was quick , friendly, most differently cared more of my mom getting her water back on asap. We had learned a lot that day . It was actually very exciting day.”
