“I don't understand why anyone would give this store such low marks. I use it frequently as in at least once a month. Staff is always very friendly. Today is no exception. I was looking for another store that scanned documents. I didn't realize the service was provided at a UPS store. This made my life so much easier as I was making a return of a purchase at this location. How convenient. I has a rather large stack of paperwork that needed to be installed, scanned , restablecer and sent to an email address not my own. Destinee was on top of it. All this for less than $6!!! it would have taken me all day at my house to do this.I can't tell you how grateful I am for the staff at this store! Keep up the good work Destinee. I see management in your future someday!”

They also need to post that this location required I'd and credit or debit cards only accepts no cash.By informing customers of this can save time especially when a customer is in a rush to ship a package fast. This location offers cheaper prices on shipping compared to.most ups stores.You can find this place being located next to Lowe's.”

“Update. The last two packages that were delivered have been timely and delivered to the correct house. Much improved. Greatly appreciated.Been jacked around on my pets food for 8 days saying operational issues. Guess they don’t have any drivers in Vancleave MS. I will NEVER order from any company that I know up front uses Federal Express again. It’s like a cruel joke treasure hunt throughout our neighborhood when they actually do deliver because they throw packages in any yard they feel like. Used to be great and reliable. No idea what happened. Horrible service.”
