“Mr. Charles and his team was truly a Godsend to me on last week. On my way home I noticed that my front right tire was loosing air rapidly. I googled tire shops that was near my current location at that time and Snider’s populated as the closest place.As I entered the property and realized this was a big truck company, I wasn’t sure if Sniders would be able to assist me. Mr. Charles assured me that he his team would assist me with my tire repair/replacement. After close inspection, the snider team recognized that my tire was beyond repair and informed me that they did not have the size of tire for my car on site.A team member, Bradley, drove me to a tire shop about 10-15 mi out to purchase a tire and drove me back to Sniders for the tire installation. Mr. Charles and his team went above and beyond to help me and I will be forever grateful. Oh Boy ! was my tires worn .they even got me a spare and fixed the valve and balanced and polished my rims. They also were very organized and got me in quickly. Manager didn't even charge me extra.
