I can honestly say this ups store reach out to my daughter in Georgia and refunded her for items that were broken. They are loyal to their customers. I may have thank the manager a dozen times for making sure my daughter was compensated.

Quick in and out every time I go there. It also always smells good in there.

They went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I was even given a refund when a piece of equipment couldn't print for me.
