“I can’t say enough about the quality of work and service from every person I interacted with at Richie’s. I was in a bad accident near Hattiesburg when driving from TX to FL (approximately 24k worth of damage done ?). “Daughter is in school at USM, alternator crapped out. Work friend of mine in Hattiesburg recommended this place. Bunch of good folks there I called them they said we can have you turned around in 24 hours. Picked up the car the next day around 3 o’clock. Cheaper than any price I saw when I googled how much an alternator should cost. Extremely satisfied, hopefully I don’t have to but will patronize again if necessary.”

“Saw the reviews and was a little nervous but needed an oil change on our long road trip. I did a walk in and within two hours, the oil change was done and paid for. It was significantly less expensive than oil changes in Kentucky and New York, which is a huge plus. I started changing my wiper blades in the parking lot and without asking, one of the workers came over to make sure I didn't need any help. Super sweet and accommodating workers here. Josephine was working the counter inside and she was getting through customers so efficiently. Definitely recommend.”

“This is actually my second or third time using Caliber Collision, and I can honestly say that I’ve never had not one issue or complaint
with Caliber Collision.
Very professional in the way they keep you posted on the different stages they are on and what stage my vehicle was headed next.
From the time you meet with your adjuster, (Note) mine was a good guy, very friendly and attentive to both major and minor parts that were damaged.
The whole staff as soon as you entered their office were very friendly and helpful going through this process.
