I've been waiting for a direct deposit for 3 days. You can't get anyone to answer the phone, and you can't get anyone to provide an estimate as to when this issue may be fixed. I am closing my account. My advice would be for everyone else to do the same. We have plenty of banks that can handle your money properly.
