About Boot Barn

Based on the reviews, Boot Barn is a very beautiful place with a clean, calm environment that smells good, like boot leather. The staff provides really great customer service and support. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, with great attitudes and taste. One staff member helped a customer find what was needed for an upcoming rodeo. Another employee’s craftsmanship and skill in hat cleaning and shaping made a 30-year-old Stetson look brand new. A different staff member greeted everyone as they entered and made sure no one left empty-handed. The store offers really nice quality pants from Ariat, Cody James, and Rock and Roll.
