I appreciate the great customer service i received. I did notice however our csr appeared to acknowledge a person of his same race that came in after several other customers who were waiting. He appeared to tell the other customer that he would help him before the other people waiting in line. I hope he didn't but it did not look good.

Cspire cancelled our "grandfather" plan and raised prices, unilaterally. We tried to stay with Cspire but ultimately switched to ATT. During the porting process, Cspire would not release our numbers to ATT, even though the account holder, my wife, confirmed the port via text and over the phone. So Cspire forced my wife to drive 30 minutes with 3 kids (all under 7) to validate the transfer in person. Meanwhile, every day that Cspire did not port the number, we get billed more.

My wife and I were robbed by either the company it's self or the employee. I believe it's employees stealing from the customer. We were made to pay an $11 past due bill that we still don't understand how? We've always had prepaid, but we were switching to a billed plan anyway we didn't argue. After that we gave the employee our information to switch us over he took our phone numbers and somehow switched our service over and then saying your total is $120 my wife and I both asked for what? He stated "sales tax". I asked him sales tax for what? He said the phones. Which I said no, you said and your website says get phones phones on us for switching, you can't legally charge me with taxes on something your giving me free!And the manager lady which was standing just a few feet away wouldn't step away from talking with her husband or boyfriend to help. Even with her witnessing what happen and with our paid receipts they would not refund our $70 they just got from us nor would they change our plan back to our prepaid plan and they refused to let us keep our phone numbers!I'm no lawyer but I'm fairly certain there's some illegal activity here because we received no goods (phones) and no service (no phone number no prepaid and no bill service).

I purchased an iPhone 13 at this location the customer service was great but the product was terrible. You would expect purchasing an expensive product would be great but it was not. Only had the phone a month and it drops my calls constantly. Cspire reception is so bad sometimes when you call a person the conversation sounds robotic. Everyone I know that has services with Cspire complains about the same problems and more I just don’t have time to write them all down My recommendation is to slow your row. Every time you turn around a new iPhone is being introduced. But yet it sucks when it comes to the quality for your buck. Back up your commitment by providing a good quality that really works without having the problems stated above or else you will find yourself losing customers to your competitors.

My sister and I just shopped at C Spirebuying our new phones and free watches. Kevin Long assisted the challenge of taking us both on at the same time for our purchases. We had a wonderful experience and got our pictures taken with Kevin and management.

Terrible customer service. The company gives the employees the same thing to say over and over. Automative systems gives more information than the employees. No help. Use this company if you will never need help or service.

C-Spire knocked out our internet off of Highway 589 (Hemingway Drive) for a month in December of 2020 when they installed a fiber line towards Sumrall. Funny how the wealthy neighborhoods all got their internet installed promptly, but have ignored underserved communities. Make things right and and connect us to fiber too.
