Dropped in to use the restroom while on the road and nothing more. All I can comment on is the cleanliness of the restrooms and the store, both of which were highly satisfactory. If duty calls while on the go, this is a good place to do it!

Worked for this manager for awhile is she is awful!!. Literally hiring hostile employees and exposing and subjecting the hard workers to them... This place needs a new manager. Mary loveless is awful. Worked there for a month and realized she didn't care about ANything. Anytime I come to this manager w a issue about her "new hires" she would turn it around on me this chevron would be 95% better if it had a manager worth it. She is so comfy in her role. Terrible. It's sad when u get new hires that didn't last a day. Especially since REBA and nykki run people off. Terrible. Terrible location....I would rather be unemployed, than to see mary loveless and her 6-2 minions.. I do not know how this location still survives........the owners should have done fired her..toxic management and this is why lawyers are available

Went to get some food and the cook was smelling like weed. He also had a nasty attitude. Came out and said "WHAT DO U NEED!" Also reminded us that if we wanted livers that we need to co e earlier because we was holding him up and he gets off at 2. Nasty looking cook, never seen him wash his hands. Smoking cigarettes in from t of the store. Who is the manager and why did they hire him. U can tell this place hires ANYTHING. This dinner went downhill after the woman who cooked for years left.

Walked in the other morning to a cashier named NYKKI, accusing me of stealing. She accused me of not paying for a fountain drink that I had paid for with another cashier who also looked racist.The cashier never backed me up stating that she didn't remember me paying. I'm contacting a lawyer because this is the 4th time I and Nikki have had words. She used to work at the truck stop and would treat me terribly. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THE GOOGLE PICS OF THE STORE IS PHOTOSHOPPED. THE SINK AREAS AND UNDER THE FOUNTAIN IS MOLDED AND TERRIBLE. THE BOILED PEANUTS ARE MOLDED TOO. BYPASS THIS STORE ?

There was a girl cashier whom was named Jada (,her name tag). That was going off, being very very unprofessional to a man whom worked there. I'll never forget how this manager hired sorry cashiers and employees and didn't wanna fire them. I remember this cashier screaming and threatming this male cashier who had been at this store since it reopened. Sad the manager told him that she was kite mad about having to work extra shifts because she had to let JADA go. This is why this store is downhill. This is why this store has sorry employees. The manager is too concerned about her not covering shifts than the ones who are getting paid 9$ an hour to.put up w the sorry lame cashiers she hires. Sadl

july 4th around 11 am the only cashier seemed to have a positive attitude with the family infront of me. but when my girlfriend and I stepped up to the register we recieved the nastiest attitude from the same cashier who SEEMED to be a nice woman. we were told we had to get out of line because they would not accept the ms mobile id with the nastiest scowl on her face. when we came back in she had on the nice persona that she did with the other customers. but a nice gentleman had seen the interaction and allowed us infront of him and we still received a nasty attitude from the woman even with our physical id’s. i don’t know if it is because of our skin, the fact that she didn’t believe our age, or the that that we were two girls but cheveron needs to pay attention to who they are hiring and/or allow discrimination course for employees.

I have been a loyal customer of this gas station for the past few years, always enjoying their service and quality. However, my experience around noon on June 25 was shockingly negative, leaving me feeling disheartened and disillusioned.Upon entering that day, I was greeted by an employee who seemed more interested in dismissing my concerns than providing any form of assistance. As I explained my usual preferences and expectations, the employee responded with an incredibly condescending attitude, informing me that their methods had changed and insinuating that my expectations were outdated.I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism displayed during our interaction. Instead of addressing my concerns and providing a satisfactory solution, the employee's response was dismissive and disrespectful. It is crucial for businesses to value their long-term customers and treat them with the respect they deserve, but this employee failed to do so.What bothered me the most was the statement, "That's not how we do it today." This dismissive remark left me feeling invalidated and unappreciated. If a business decides to make changes, it should be done in a way that respects the loyalty and expectations of their existing customer base. Unfortunately, this employee failed to understand the importance of customer satisfaction and loyalty.As someone who has spent a significant amount of time and money at Chevron, I expected a higher standard of service. My previous positive experiences now seem overshadowed by this disappointing encounter. It is disheartening to witness such a decline in the quality of service and respect for loyal customers.I hope that Chevron takes this review seriously and addresses the issues within their customer service department. I believe that customer satisfaction should be the top priority for any business, especially one that relies on repeat customers like Chevron. Regrettably, my recent experience has left me questioning whether I will continue to patronize this establishment in the future.Overall, the negative service I encountered on June 25, coupled with the disrespectful and dismissive attitude of the employee, has significantly tarnished my perception of Chevron. It is my sincere hope that they rectify these issues and regain the trust and loyalty of their customers.

Stopped here yesterday late morning/early afternoon to get some gas and water for our trip back to Huntsville, Alabama from Walker, Louisiana. Gas pumps were clean , cheap gas, great selection on drinks and friendly employees.

This is a very nice Chevron. It was my first time going in and they have lots of stuff to buy besides snacks and drinks. They have the hunts bro pizza and the employee was super friendly.

Although the ladies at the counter are sweet as can be, the dude that serves the food is a POS, I just wanted 4 sausage egg and cheese biscuits for my coworkers minus the freaking rudeness and attitude.
