If i could give a negative star ot would be -3000 stars. First off both their app, and phone system is worthless. I have call them about every two weeks in order for them to reset my app in order chamge my password. You cant just click forgot password. If you do you have to enter their long as set of numbers in order to reset it and you get that hamd written on a tiny piece of paper and it gets lost overtime. The once you click reset password after entering your info it then tells you, you have to call. If you call the 800 during the day there is no option you check it on an automated system so you have to talk to a banker. The bankers at our branch are all rude except one lad, the rest they make you feel like you are bothering them and they genuinely are rude. The app as well the quick access does function to show you your balance but you check it and its never accurate, and without being able to log in because it tells you wrong password, ive even saved the password in a note so I Could copy and paste to make sure it wasnt my error and it still says wrong password. Now if you call the 800 number after they close to not deal with rude staff you type i your account number and you debit card pin it says this account is not longer active. You cannot see your transactions n order to monitor your balance or to make sure noone made a fraudulent charge, you cant which cause you to overdraft. When i was able in the beginning when we opened the account and i could access the phone system after 10pm til the branch opens the balance is correct and you call in the morning the it reflects a way different amount so again you easily overdraft, so im sure that is intentional so the can charge you multiple overdraft fees. Whe i updated my ssdi direct deposit whe we first went over there it took almost three weeks to be reissued to the bank because thay claimed i put a number in wrong amd they kept trying to blee i entered it wrong. And I verified it three time to make sure i did it correctly before submitting but my deposit wasnt fixed fir three weeks and the whole time they wouldnt admit the error was on my end. I shouldve just left then but i didnt,we will be closing our account and going elsewhere where our business it wanted. If you are considering get am account through them dont..

Used the ATM at this location on July 4th for a withdrawal. Received some $10 bills instead of all $20 bills. Notified bank that I didn’t receive all of the cash I was trying to withdraw. Bank informed me that I would have to go to my card company and file a dispute. They stated that their ATM knows the difference in money; that it must have been a systems error. Be aware of this ATM.

I've been a customer now of Community Bank in Hattiesburg for 9 years. CB reminds me of how banks use to operate, where when you walk in the door the folks know your name. When I moved to Hattiesburg 10 years ago I tried a different bank and a credit union. Both always had long lines and treated you like a number. I've never had this at CB. When I've had an issue or problem, they resolve it personally. When you call the branch a real person at the branch answers the phone. Keep up the great work CB!

This location on hwy 49 has saved me more than one time. I've banked for three years and they have been over the top helpful. I appreciate all the staff here and how they are always willing to answer questions and explain everything. I feel very safe banking with community on 49.
