This week I found myself in Hattiesburg with unexpected car problems. Ms Terry (service advisor) at Courtesy Ford rescued me by having my car looked at quickly and repaired. She kept me updated throughout the process and even called asking if I had access to food (since I was in a hotel and my car was in the shop)! Talk about going above and beyond! She asked Gabby and Stephanie from Greeter Services to shuttle me back and forth from the hotel to the dealership. Everyone I came in contact with offered superior customer service and were not only professional, but friendly and courteous! This is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a dealership! Thank you to all those who worked on my vehicle and a very special “thank you” to these three ladies that turned a tough situation into a blessing!

Made appt for service at 9am on Friday. Dropped off at 8:30. No contact all day. Called at 5:50 to be told they hadn’t got to it can we leave it for Saturday. Left it, wasn’t ready til 1:30 Saturday. Driving it home to find out issue was actually worse than when we dropped it off. If you can’t get to it by the scheduled time, CALL!

In February 2023 I called, then came into this dealership to get them to find me a new 2021 with the year end discounts. I told them specifically what I wanted, just like I did with a dealer in Atlanta the last two times I bought a "new" truck. I'm still waiting. The only times I've heard from them were when they called to ask if I wanted something I didn't want that "they had received in". Not sure why they can't FIND a truck and bring it in like Atlanta did TWICE for me.Next, when I was in for routine maintenance, I asked Olivia to give me a trade in value on my truck. Just like trying to find another truck, nothing ever became of this too.I am going to wait until the new year end models come out this year and find a year end clearance deal on a 2023 truck but it damn sure won't be a Courtesy. They've had several chances to earn my business, but being a business consultant myself they failed miserably as a business. There have also been times when I've called to get some information. As a consultant we ask detailed questions which I'm sure some of these folks aren't accustomed to. I don't care to laughed at and treated ignorantly as a customer.I don't care if I have to drive back to Atlanta for recall work, or to the coast or NOLA but I will not go back to this half @$$ed place.

Russ is an awesome salesman! We had a few things that needed taking care of after we purchased our 2023 explorer, and he made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We have purchased 2 vehicles here and both buying experiences were quick and easy.

Was not very helpful, especially, not once not twice but three times in a space of a month, my Ford Kuga broke down me. And they wouldn't even touch my car without payment. I had insurance, and it came back with the manufacturer fault. But Courtesy Ford said it was a wear tear, even when I got the insurance report it clearly said that it was manufacturer fault. For weeks, my car sat in the Courtesy Ford yard. From February to May until I could come with near 7 grand. Then, it took two weeks to fix after they received a payment. I should of had change from $7000, which I paid for by finance, but they made sure to take all my money. An EGR fault, temperature cooling system fail WOF, and other stuff. Two weeks after I got my car back, Altnater and belt needed to replace another 3000$+ to fix it, so I took it to my mechanic, where he fixed it for half the price. And with brand new Ford parts. A day later, after i picked up my car from my mechanic. My car started to over heat, where I took back to my mechanic, and said take back to Courtesy Ford cos it the cooling gauge, But Courtesy Ford did a diagnosis and it was the water pump had to be replaced in the Ford, another 3000$+ as Courtesy Ford Quoted. I told about my situation and how I suffered a medical incident on the operation table, no longer working, recovering over the incident. I'm on crutches, but did they have a heart for me to pay my diagnosis on my car? No, I needed to make a full payment before I could take my car. They did give me a courtesy car after I demanded a car while waiting for my car. I had to ring my son to help pay 282.00 to get my car out of their yard so i could go somewhere I could afford to pay. Where they would let me pay it off.I would never buy a Ford car again. I brought the car because I thought it was reliable and great for distance driving. But the service I got here was shocking. I will never go back to this service. I understand you need payment, but you already took 7000$+ off me. I don't know if you have done something to my car to give so much bad luck. This is my first car, I have always wanted a Ford. But now I want to get rid of it. Too much bad luck. Only 2 years with the car, and it's put me off Ford for good.

Got the works for my fusion took about an 1 hour. Had appointment which apparently doesn't even matter because I had to wait like 15 minutes just for them to take my car back. They came and told me my engine filter was bad and it's an extra $40. A few days later took my husband's mustang for the works and an alignment. I watched his car go up on lift then down and back up while 1 mechanic was working and 5 or 6 were standing around car talking. Of course his car needed an engine filter as well so there's another $40. I finally asked them for update on car. Their computers shut off in the middle of working on his car supposedly. Over 2 hours later $280. Will not be going back to the Hattiesburg location for any services on either car. Also noticed they seemed to have found at least 1 extra thing wrong with everyone's vehicle. I guess slapping it on there and exaggerating to milk people for as much as possible. Like I said I will not be going back.

I saw that there was a 2023 mustang Mach 1 on their website. Knowing that dealers for some strange reason have created this system of refusing to allow test drives; I called and asked if this was the case for this vehicle because I was interested in purchasing it. The lady on the phone said that it is not and that I could test drive the vehicle. My family and I went to the dealer and a sales rep informed me that there are no test drives for that vehicle and I must purchase it prior to driving it. Apparently there is a miscommunication within the staff on their internal rules. I highly recommend going to a different ford dealer and if I do decide to purchase a mustang it will not be from here.

I recently had a truly terrible experience with courtesy Ford in Hattiesburg Mississippi. I purchased a 2018 Ford Raptor from them in March 2023 after being assured that it was in mint condition and had never been wrecked. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. On the way home after picking up the truck, the front end started grinding loudly. I immediately contacted the salesman I dealt with, who advised me to take it to the local Ford dealership and promised that everything would be taken care of when I called his boss on Monday. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of a series of frustrating encounters. When I dropped off the truck at the local Ford dealership as instructed, I tried reaching out to the salesman's boss, David. Unfortunately, he was out of town and directed me to contact Miles. I explained the situation to Miles, who assured me that they would not leave me high and dry since the truck broke down even before I reached home. However, when my local Ford dealership informed me that the problem was the integrated wheel ends, which would cost around $1500 to fix, I found myself in a tough spot. Both David and Miles suddenly became unreachable. Despite my efforts to get in touch with them, they never answered my calls or returned them, leaving me to foot the bill for the repairs they promised to take care of.As if that weren't enough, a week later, the truck started leaking oil and required additional repairs. I had to replace the oil pan, valve covers, and pinion seal, which ended up costing me a staggering $3198. Once again, David and Miles conveniently ignored my calls, leaving me to deal with the consequences of their deceit. To make matters worse, I discovered that the truck had been previously wrecked when I took it to a local body shop to get the black fender flares painted white. The body shop expert pointed out multiple areas with overspray and clear signs of prior damage. It was evident that I had been deceived about the truck's condition from the beginning. In light of this incredibly disappointing and costly experience, I strongly advise others to steer clear of courtesy Ford in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The lack of accountability, the broken promises, and the deception regarding the truck's condition make it clear that this dealership cannot be trusted. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable place to purchase your vehicle.

We bought a brand new 2019 ford explorer. The side pillars are constantly falling off. This is the 4th time this has happened. The dealership has “fixed” the problem each time. I would not recommend a ford to anyone after this. Ford is saying the car is out of warranty. Ford is saying they have to diagnose the problem. The problem is the glue not holding the pillars on. The glue has not held on ever since the car was brand new. Why are we constantly having to deal with this and why is ford saying the car is out of warranty when this has been a persistent problem ever since the car was brand new. This is a safety hazard that ford is not taking accountability for.

Canadian Ford dealerships need to take a page (or the whole thing for that matter) from Courtesy Ford's playbook. Customer service well above and beyond anything I've experienced anywhere else, all dealerships combined. I suffered "limp mode" on my '15 F350 SD while in Mississippi on vacation. I was hesitant to take it in, but had no other choice if I wanted to be able to drive home to Ontario. I limped in without an appointment and was greeted at the drive-in service bay by a very pleasant atendant and was treated to my choice of 5 different coffees, my own internet console/wifi and a relaxing lounge, while I waited. The service manager (Ray) explained in great detail what the truck needed and was sympathetic to my plight to return home; while service technicians Robbie, Ryan and Walter made the repairs possible. The entire time I was treated like a neighbour, not a customer, with great respect that put our 'Canadians are always friendly and hospitable' reputation to shame. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Courtesy Ford to everyone. Great service, expert help, super clean and modern garage/showroom/washrooms and lounge. Impressive southern hospitality. Thank you! Will LumsdenOntario, Canada

Prices seemed decent but the salesmen said I'd have to order a lariat if I wanted one. Unfortunately the salesman also didn't know what a cluster gauge is... I can't trust a guy to make sure that the truck I order is built how I want it when the guy ordering it doesn't know that the radio and cluster gauge are not the same thing. He seemed nice though.

Paid $174 for you guys to diagnose my 2012 Ford F150 and it did absolutely Nothing for me. Attempted to charge me $1800 for a back ordered part that was the exact fix from what the dealership told me. Got the part from a Ford dealership back home and had a Good year mechanic replace it and it was not the issue. Had it towed so I would not drive it in its condition. And now im looking at another high dollar amount of money to fix it. Rather than actually diagnosing my truck and looking for the correct fix it seems as if you guys went right for the most expensive “fix” for my truck when the issue has not been resolved. Thank you guys for absolutely nothing and now costing me a lot more money. Do not recommend.

I would like to thank the service department for smearing grease and dirt on my drivers seat. I appreciate it. This is the second time this has happened. When I told the staff the simply replied with “we’ll put plastic on the seats next time “. I’m sure they will charge a plastic bag package in the near future.

Zero StarsI Only putting 1 here because it requires it to post. I highly recommend you avoid wasting your time at this dealership. I found a car online and called to see about setting up a time to test drive and purchase the vehicle. I spoke with someone on Tuesday who assured me that the SUV was still available and that if anything changed they would call and let me know. I live 2 hours away and had scheduled to be off Friday to drive down (cash in hand to planning to purchase). I heard nothing from them all week and while I was on the road received a text (not a call) saying the vehicle had been sold. I immediately called and was told the person who I initially spoke with was out all week due to an emergency and they got to me as soon as they could. PITIFUL customer service!
