Great building at a great price! Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the company stated a free disc lock was located on the floor of my unit, and there wasn't one.

Is zero stars possible? Because zero stars is what they deserve.When I signed up online and was assigned a unit I went there that day and that unit was already in use and locked. I got lucky as some maintenance guy just happened to be there that day and was able to get in touch with someone to get me a new one.I feel like they changed owners as when I started it seemed like it was local people I was talking and dealing with and the people I have dealt with the last few days it seems like these people are just in a call center somewhere. I did deal with Harrison at one point when someone cut the lock off of my locker thinking it was theirs and he was very nice and helpful and quickly fixed the situation.. but not these new people I've talked to.. Keren and Ajiri.The roof leaked into my unit and ruined everything. Mold and stains all over my couch and mattresses. Coffee table completely ruined. Insulation falling off of the ceiling. I was pouring water out of things. Rats nests all throughout most boxes. I asked them to trash what was left after I tried to salvage what I could and they refused even though their paperwork said they would charge a $150 fee for anything left in the unit after move out. They said they would not remove it and would continue charging me until everything was out and they were sent a picture confirmation. They also said they could not recommend any companies in Hattiesburg to remove the damaged items. Gee, thanks.Thank you so much for ruining everything and being completely unhelpful and insensitive to the loss of all of my stuff

The new owners, located in Florida, are super nice and a pleasure to do business with! Harrison is the person in charge of the storage units and he goes the extra mile for customers! Keep in mind that all transactions conveniently take place online, there is not a local office on sight; however there is a property manager who provides oversight and maintenance.
