Pharmacists are always late. Opening time 9 a.m. does not mean anything to them. Extremely unprofessional.
The staff is friendly however. It's the pharmacists that need to go back to school and learn how to show up to work like everyone else has to.

The individual who retrieved my pick up order was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. The man has a horrible attitude after I simply to him I was there for a pickup order. Next time I’ll go across the street to Walgreens.

If the medication is in stock, my prescriptions are always filled quickly and I never have to wait in line very long to get them. All of the employees I’ve interacted with, both pharmacy and storefront, are friendly and helpful. I only took off a star because I have a few prescriptions that are in the highest tier copay with my insurance but the manufacturer provides discount cards to make them $10-$20, but CVS never seems to be able to make the discount cards work. Walgreens across the street never has a problem. I get to choose between paying triple the price for my prescription or dealing with the slow fill time and long wait in line at Walgreens (or some other pharmacy that has a less convenient location or hours).

The women at CVS are awesome. Shakyla,Nichelle, and Delia. They were so helpful. They have such a great attitude. Keep up the good work ladies.Oh they even gave my uncles dog Taz a treat. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Post hospital stay with my mother and needed to pick up a medication for her. Mother has picked up prescriptions here for almost 2 years. They need her insurance card and state they cannot look it up from one of her other profiles. I provide the insurance card and Nichelle tell me too loop around because it will be 5 minutes. I tell them only 5 minutes I choose to wait. Stan comes over and advises that he has people come from the hospital all the time and tell me that if I don't loop around they will have me removed so I advise that my mother has two open wounds and they could've already ran the insurance because we are already almost 5 minute in with this discussion. He said loop or I will have you removed. I advised Stan that if he chose to waste his and my time by having me removed instead of taking the 5 minutes that it is a poor choice and poor management. I
advise I have waited in line much longer without ever complaining, Stan states I am one of the only ones. I stay hoping they will just fill the prescription. But no, 15 -20 minutes a later a police lady comes into the pharmacy and talks to me through the pick up window and asks me to loop around. I ask her why I would be required to do that when this a prescription that my mother had filled there the last time. The police lady look at Nichelle (because they are claiming that its a new customer) and asks is that true. Nichelle looks it up and says yes but it was on a discount card. The police lady advises to loop around or she will have to arrest me. That is not an option for me at this point because my mother is in the car with two massively open wounds. ALL of this time has passed just because they would rather HAVE A CUSTOMER REMOVED than to take the 5 minutes to process this. Also, be advised when dealing with this CVS that they are not even listed on the BBB.

The staff at the pharmacy are some of the most rude and unpleasant people I have ever dealt with. Just simply trying to speak with the pharmacist is a joke. I was hung up over 5 times. When I asked why I was hung up on the tech started laughing at me and then proceeded to hang up again. Completely unacceptable behavior from people whose main job description is helping people with the mediations. I'm done with this place. I'll move onto another pharmacy. Apparently CVS doesn't need my money anymore.
