DO NOT DO GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE . THE PHARMACIST AND STAFF PERFORM FRAUDULENT ACTIONS WITH PRESCRIPTIONS BASED ON THEIR FEELINGS AND NOT THEIR PROFESSIONAL JUDGEMENT . IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO USE ANOTHER PHARMACY, PLEASE DO SO . I HAVE SEEN SO MANY HIPPA VIOLATIONS AT THIS PHARMACY THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN YEARS AGO. STEER CLEAR. RUN AWAY. GO TO ANY OTHER PHARMACY BUT THIS ONE. AND MAKE SURE TO COUNT YOUR PILLS. I AM ALWAYS SHORT ON MINE .

CVS is the best drugstore to shop at here in Hattiesburg, Ms. There's stores always well stocks and organized. And, the store sales associates are always very helpful, and courtesy to the general public. Thanks

CVS is a very clean store with a courteous staff. The team member was ready to help me even at the self-checkout. I highly recommend CVS.

very difficult to get in and out of the store. They seem to unload their trucks at inconvenient times, but Place is there employees near the busy driveway that connects to 40th Ave.

The medication I was looking for has been back ordered in Louisiana; since I’ll be in Hattiesburg this afternoon I called the CVS there and spoke to the nicest woman of any CVS or Walgreens I’ve ever encountered! Although the medication was back ordered she spoke to me about it and let me know of other local pharmacies that may have medication. She went above and beyond. She was working at 9:15 AM on 6/28/23 and wish I had her name. Had to write a review because I’ve never in my life had such a great experience with any CVS.

This pharmacy is close to the house… we have overlooked horrible attitude by basically anyone we have come in contact with at the pharmacy for convenience… no more! My husband had knee surgery this morning and we his doctor said to be sure he had his pain medicine by 1 pm! I went into the pharmacy at 10:15 a.m. and told the woman who finally waited on me I needed it by 1… very surly in her response… I’ll see if we have it but you ain’t getting it before 4! I asked if she could check with the pharmacist.. yeah was her surly response and she tossed the prescription into a tray… all the while telling me I was going to have to go somewhere else ( with her back turned to me !).I said I will if I can’t get it in time. Suddenly a young white girl with blonde hair threw my prescription at me!! She said… you said you’re going somewhere else!! I said… after the way I’ve been treated… absolutely!! I’ll never go back!! This is typical of the attitude displayed by everyone in this pharmacy!! A thirty ish man just smirked at me! These people do not respect their customers and don’t deserve your business

If your stated hours are that you close at 10 p.m., then I do not understand why the woman behind the counter verbally harassed me upon my entering at 9:55 p.m. Regardless of one's thoughts on the time of closing, a customer should NEVER be verbally accosted.

My husband had just had eye surgery and we stopped for supplies.We couldn't find an eyepatch so I asked the lady of color in the pharmacy for help and was told she was coming to help us look.She never did.We got our things and went up front.No cashier.We used the self checkout.There was an error. I begin to hunt a cashier.I couldn't find ANYBODY.He used the other self checkout and same thing. Meanwhile, I'm Still hunting a cashier.Needless to say,we left our purchases, checkouts screwed up and left.You would think there would be SOMEBODY available. Never again am I shopping CVS.

Great place to buy expired products for more $$ than their competitors OR to see various types of mold in their coolers. Too bad I keep giving them a chance… Remember the old days when businesses checked dates and hosed off sidewalks?!? Oh- but customers were always right then. That doesn’t exist anymore.

These reviews like you’re reviewing a steak restaurant… ITS A DRUG STORE PEOPLE… in the middle of HATTIESBURG, off an interstate. I’m not sure what yall are looking for but last I checked Hattiesburg itself is everything the negative reviews described… the people that work here have never wrongfully filled a scrip or done me wrong on an Arizona tea, deodorant and M&Ms… come on people

Our daughter's inhaler was sent to the pharmacy on December 20. I called to check on the prescription on December 22 and was told that they did not have it in stock but might receive it the following day when the truck came. I was told to call back and check the next day. I called back on December 23, only to discover that it did not come in on the truck and would not be in until Monday, December 27. I was told that they had contacted every CVS in a 20 mile radius and none of them had it either. I was told to call other pharmacies and ask them to contact CVS to get the prescription. The young lady that I spoke with did offer an apology and I did appreciate that, but do not feel that I was adequately served by this pharmacy.
