I came in need of an alignment for my car. A man took a look at my car and told me I needed two new front tires plus an alignment. He said I must have it done today because I have wire threads coming out on the inner part of a tire, therefore, it’s going to cause a blowout soon. I was very appreciative of the concern he had for my safety. Before I stepped outside to make some phone calls to get a second opinion before spending $500, I asked what time they close and he said at 5:30 and I even told a technician to give me a moment instead of driving away. I was standing right in front of the door so they all can see that I’m still interested. Five minutes later, I walk back in to let them know I’m ready and the man said the technician left so I will have to come back Monday. It was 4:50. I told the man I wish you would have said something about the technician leaving early before I stepped out for 5 minutes. Overall, poor communication and poor customer service in my opinion. In addition to getting my car fixed, I got two new tires from Sam’s then went to see if I even needed an alignment. Turns out I did not and I only spent $210.

VERY RUDE SERVICE PROVIDER!!!! I arrived and there was an open lane; yet, I wasn’t aware that I could just drive up. Gentleman performing the service is an older, Caucasian gentleman. He just looked at me instead of providing assistance, then flagged someone else into the lane. When I asked if I needed an appointment for service sense he allowed someone else ahead of me, he responded very rudely, “If you need an oil change, get in line!” If I absolutely did not need this service spur of the moment, I would simply go elsewhere, but it’s almost 5pm now! Maybe he’s had a tough day as well, but that’s no reason to project his grievances onto others!

We had a fifth wheel trailer tire blow. They had the 2 tires we needed in stock. They got us in and out in 30 minutes plus they had toys for our 4 year old grand daughter to play with. Very friendly, helpful and right off the freeway so convenient

I recently went in yesterday to get a nail removed from my tire. When I walked in, I was greeted by no one. Finally a black man lighter complexion asked me how could he help me. I explained to him the issue that I was having then he proceeded to turn me away by stating they are way too busy today and I should just return tomorrow. Then, I asked him are there any other Goodyears near because I was familiar with the area and then we went on to state that there are plenty other tire shops around here -in a snarky way. I do not recommend any one stop by this establishment. The customer service is poor !!

I have used this business for tire service several times. Whereas they are usually in no huge hurry, they do good work. It's pretty conveniently located in Hattiesburg and the waiting area has plenty of seating . They don't have a coffee station, which I found to be an aberration in such places, but it really didn't factor into their review. I believe their prices to be competitive and they offer tire repair and patch work versus trying to always upsell you a tire. The people are cordial but not overly friendly, but again, they do quality work. They did a tire patch for me this morning and I was in and out within about 45 min.
