Placed an online order to this location in Hattiesburg and I then received a text that said my order was ready to pick up. Two mins late I receive another text and email saying my order had been picked up. So, I call the store to check to see why it said it had been picked up when in fact we had not picked up this order. I was rushed by a female clerk cutting me off every word, explaining to me that once they scan it in that message is sent to the customer. Well, if you are tired of explaining that then change the method! I think any person who don't order from that store on a regular basis will question why they are being told their order is picked up if they have not picked it up! To the female that took the call and was present a few mins later when my husband came in to pick the order up, I do not appreciate your rudeness and we will not be shopping there again! So thanks for nothing!

I went to 5 different Hibbett stores from Jackson to Hattiesburg before I found the shoes I was wanting. I was able to order them online and pick them up the next day. When I get to the store, not only was my order ready ahead of time but they also are running a sale and I was able to get a sweatshirt to match the shoes ❤️

Antwaine was attempting to sell me some merchandise BUT I NEVER KNEW IF HE WAS TALKING TO ME OR TALKING ON HIS CELLPHONE. He was attempting to do both but rest assured I’ll never shop there again with that type of disrespect shown to me.

Terrible experience especially dealing with the raffle, I have entered the raffle for over a year and never won. Employees hold shoes for friends employees have been rude and unprofessional.
