“Great store that has everything you need for a reno at reasonable prices. It is difficult sometimes because you don't know what exactly is in stock and when or if there will be more..so it is kind of like a salvage store in that respect. They always had what I needed especially doors ...prehung for 175 bucks which is pretty reasonable if you aren't just looking for boring old 6 panel doors. The also have a full kitchen and bath design center which is great if you need help getting your project of the ground. Would reccomend to anyone locally who wants nice stuff at cheaper price than a big box store. Staf fis also amazing. Being disabled they were happy to help get qhat I need and load it up for me for no charge. Only thing I think would be great addition is delivery service. Most of the trim is sold in 16 foot lengths which is difficult to manage even with a pick up truck.”

“Tractor Supply carrries a wide variety of products at good prices--I was pleasantly surprised by the good prices on the dog food. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The store has some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. It is a pleasure to shop there.”

“Like the business and the staff but the corporation has held them back, and it is frustrating as a customer to see stores 100 miles away have what I need or want on the shelf but not here. So I have to order it or by from the competition who have multiple stores in the area.”

“Help is sometimes hard to find almost nonexistent !!!! Whoever is answering the phone needs to be taught the proper protocol. I’ve been on the phone for almost 2 hours today trying to check on an existing order. We spend thousands of dollars there a month through our businesses and unfortunately it’s almost like they do not care about the customer anymore, after the ninth time of me calling, I specifically ask for one person at the project managers desk and she thought she had hung up but I could hear her talking in the background laughing about transferring me and putting me on hold. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I cannot stand going there anymore. I will be trying to seek other places for my purchases !! You can’t get customer service on the phone. You can’t get the contractor side on the phone. You can’t get the appliances on the phone. You can’t get any help from anybody. I realize help is hard to find these days for we too own a business, but I would never allow my employees to treat people the way they treat their customers. It’s a shame !!!”
