I now understand the low ratings. I went for paint. Grabbed a can and a color card. Got to the counter and the clearing was ready to go. Said someone was supposed to be in at 10 to release her. After five minutes she took the paint I had. Then continued looking for someone else to take over. Five more minutes there's a conversation with a co worker. For the next five minutes I'm the only one at the counter. Maybe I should've clocked in. Other customers are asking me about paint mixing and one even said "wow you're still waiting!" I guess I'll fight the traffic and head to Lowe's.

I give them no stars. They have terrible customer service, I ordered two things from that needed installation and had to go around the world and back and still never got my problem handle, nor what I purchased properly installed!

I ordered a Ryobi Brad nailer online, because they did not have it in stock. I never received an email with a receipt, but I screenshot where I purchased it. It came and it didn't work right. I took it back to Home Depot for an exchange or refund. I had the photo where I purchased it. The photo showed where, when, and what I purchased and how much. I also showed them my receipt from PayPal that showed all of that information too. Without the receipt, which I never received, they wouldn't even try to help me. Just FYI, you can go to Lowe's without anything but the card you purchased it with and they will give a FULL REFUND!!! My 1st and last time I will buy from Home Depot!

Waited 30 minute for them to grab a builder shower off the shelf... It's hard to beg these people to take your money when they have all those employees that don't care about customers. Two employees were bragging about when they get off work to each other, meanwhile I just want to buy a shower and can't. Piss poor management with no timeline

National company has set up System for curbside pickup but local store ignores these systems. Signed in on app and waited fifteen minutes. Texted number on parking lot and waited fifteen minutes. Eventually called. Before COVID, this Home Depot was the worse I've visited; it has out-of-date stock and poor service. Now even worse.

After weeks of waiting finally today was the day that my kitchen counters were supposed to be installed. Well nobody showed up. Apparently Home Depot contract jobs to the neighboring state Alabama and there has been a storm there in the past few days so the job was canceled except we did not know, we did not receive a curtesy call!!! Today we both took time off from work, emptied the cabinets, disconnected the sink (as they requested that we do before they start) only to realize nobody is coming to instal the counters. It is so disappointing that such a big corporation has complete disregard for the customer that they would not bother to make a phone call to let them know their appointment has been cancelled. The only reason we chose Home Depot over a local business was because we thought Home Depot was more reliable. I am certain that for my future projects I will not choose Home Depot.

Ordered a stove through them and they deliver through a delivery company and they hauled away my old appliances and improperly set up my stove and told me that it was dangerous to use and that i would need to get the correct part from Home Depot so that someone could set it up properly. Home Depot said that there was nothing that they could do, beside that if i find somebody to fix it proper they would refund me my money for that. Sat on the phone to be transferred around 5 time and still spoke with no one and this day 2! oh yeah they said that i should hire a plumber to fix the STOVE.

If i could give a 0 i would. This home depot's management, or should i say lack thereof is a reflection upon this store. I'm a look die hard shopper til now. Now when i need something in Hattiesburg i will go to Lowes. Stood in line at the customer service for them to chit chat. After 5 min i got waited upon. It was an exchange. I had paint to get. Went to go get that. No one around. Went to get shiplap siding (tongue and groove) guy had no clue. Went back to customer service for the exchange. They alreadt "took care" of the faulty product, couldn't find my receipt, the guy had to call (while i waited more). Finally get that exchanged. Went to self check out so i could finally get out oid there, the gal insists on taking my $20 shower head to ensure it doesnt sound when exiting, she grabs out and then goes and takes a call. Meanwhile i wait more. I grabbed it and told her if the thing beeps art me, oh well i have my receipt. Get in my car, called the manager, he says "sorry you experienced that, have a nice day" and hangs up the phone. Wow.

Quick and fast . Always get the help I need and that's why I go back again and again. Was looking for a be washing machine and they had several to choose from and I got one that was on clearance ! Was so happy I looked here first

The only reason I'm rating this at all is because when we walked in, there were two employees walking the front isle with their heads up as if actually ready to help a customer. Every Home Depot I've been in before it was nearly impossible to find help. Being that my husband is a contractor we knew what we needed and he knew where it was located but I'm writing it like I said because of the help that was immediately at the door.
