Amazing experience today at Hot Topic. Jordan the manager on duty helped me with items for my son! And Donavan was 5 stars and beyond. He even helped me sign up to be a membership! Hot Topic is top notch with employees and customer service 💯🫶

Both store associates were amazing ? I only managed to catch Venus’ name. She so happened to mark the shoes I got today, down today, so I took it as fate. I absolutely love her style too ? Both of their styles honestly. Great experiences. 10/10 ?
