“Hotel Indigo is definitely the best hotel in Hattiesburg! I have stayed there many times when I have had conferences in Hattiesburg. Their customer service is awesome! Last night we were passing through when there was a tornado warning in Hattiesburg & took shelter there. Holly, Jelly & Josh were so kind!! They welcomed us & let us stay with them until the hazardous weather cleared. We can’t thank ya’ll enough for your genuine concern & your desire to keep us safe!”

“Very friendly and helpful staff at this property, which, like its next-door sister Courtyard Marriott, is due for some upgrades. The rooms are very comfortable with all the amenities and appointments you expect from Residence Inn — except USB ports. I forgot the plug for my USB charger cable this trip (my problem), so there was no way to charge my phone in the room. A minor issue. The AC was excellent, which is VITAL in South Mississippi, even in winter. Breakfast seemed a little above par for Residence, with excellent grits and scrambled eggs. Will definitely return when I'm in the area. One weird final note: The front entrance is conspicuously difficult to find, tucked around the rear of the hotel near the dead end of the parking lot, which, as best I recall, had no directional signage to find the front door.”
“Spacious and well stocked rooms, comfortable mattresses , stocked coffee, and dreamy pillows. The manager here takes pride in the upkeep of this hotel and it shows! They do not skimp on anything here! Breakfast is full of options. The selection is plentiful and great. We picked this hotel along the way to Florida only expecting to only sleep here and leave, but this exceeded our expectations and left us floored. Thank you to all of the lovely staff, cooks, cleaning crew and the wonderful manager who leads this great hotel, hoping to be back soon!”

“Clean room and great service. The electronics in our room were quite dated. TV was a 32 inch from 2011. There was only one USB port in the room and it was on the clock radio. Otherwise the room was nice. Location is tucked away off the main road a bit but navigation will get you there. Parking lot is crowded at night. Not recommend if you have a trailer.”
“Me and my family usually we stay on candlewood suites on the way to Florida super clean super welcoming easy access from the highway. Many delicious food places around kids friendly prices is amazing. It fit any budget. Thank you. See you again.”

“I stayed there for a long time and stopped staying there when they hired the previous manager but since they have hired the current one I have begun staying there a lot here lately The current manager is very nice and helpful I'm all aspects. I will continue to stay as long as this manager is there but when they leave I leave and take a lot of business with me”

“Laughing a lot of time at this hotel I love it even though they try to get me a hard time all the time but my boyfriend there and I took a lot of pictures of there Christ is great my room never had bed bugs I'm just going to be honest it was clean and I always got the same room”

“Front desk staff was very kind at both check in and check out. Special mention to Kre for being super-cool. Breakfast was on time plentiful and hot. Pool was enjoyable but maybe needs some paint. Poolside towels were a wonderful bonus. The room was clean and well appointed. Shower pressure could have been better. Overall a very enjoyable stay.”

“Fun times in Hattiesburg
We were there for the weekend and really was impressed with this hotel. We have travel with Hilton for a long time and never had such friendly staff. Seems like everyone cares!! The breakfast buffet was ok but what it make it special was the staff. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Housekeeping was great. Just every other day. We would have love daily service. Thanks to the front desk that helps us finding places around town. Overall a great stay.
Being recognize as a Hilton member made a huge difference!”
