The woman whom they have working there who is performing the ID Verification, seems to be more interested in performing the job of immigration and border patrol as well as the local police and sherriff. She is rude, conceded, cops an attitued with everyone, very prejudice, threatening, in all she has the attitude of God's gift to the IRS. Wants to record conversations without informing the taxpayer and gets angry when she gets called on it.
