“If the medication is in stock, my prescriptions are always filled quickly and I never have to wait in line very long to get them. All of the employees I’ve interacted with, both pharmacy and storefront, are friendly and helpful. I only took off a star because I have a few prescriptions that are in the highest tier copay with my insurance but the manufacturer provides discount cards to make them $10-$20, but CVS never seems to be able to make the discount cards work. Walgreens across the street never has a problem. I get to choose between paying triple the price for my prescription or dealing with the slow fill time and long wait in line at Walgreens (or some other pharmacy that has a less convenient location or hours).”

“I had a really good experience at this Walgreens branch (Pharmacy Department in specific). I accidentally sent my prescription to CVS first, not realizing my insurance only works with Walgreens. Since Walgreens was right across the street, I went there to see if they could help.
The lady at the pharmacy was so patient and kind. It was around 4:30 pm when I got there, and CVS was about to close at 5 pm. She acted quickly, called CVS, and took care of transferring my prescription for me. I was able to wait and get my medication during the same visit.
This helped me so much because I was in a lot of pain and really needed my medicine that day. If she hadn’t helped get it processed, I would have had to wait at least 14 hours to get the medication, plus more time before it even kicked in. I truly appreciate the great customer service she provided. She is the best!”
