I don’t know about everyone else, but I’ve had the BEST experience with this bank so far. I opened my account last week and I just got a call to check in to see if I had any other questions or concerns! I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience with a banker or a bank in general! I just moved to Mississippi at the end of April and I was worried about having to find a new bank but I 100% recommend this one!

If I could give regions, 0 zero stars, I would absolutely do it because if you’re planning on opening any new bank accounts, especially if this is your first checking account, if you really value your money and don’t want your checking & savings accounts drained, & you value good customer service & satisfaction.My father and I were on the account for my money and he kept on charging the debit card and regions charged overdraft fees.If you want a financial institution that will respect you, and care about your financial needs, go to Keesler federal credit union. they don’t steal fromYou blind. They also don’t charge deposit fees either.

I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes and never moved. This is the slowest regions i have ever been to. I would hate to see how slow you are with 20 cars if you can not even get 3 in and out.

Two years ago our bonds were sold to Regions Mortgage which at first mattered little. Their online services were better than what we had before. THAT WAS UNTIL we need customer service. For personal reasons, I had to assume the mortgage from my partner, and being self-employed, I had a hard time qualifying, which is normal. But thats not why the bank is horrible. The customer service — slow, ignorant, unresponsive. Completely uninterested. Not getting back with the information. Any information. Every contact takes about six weeks. It's 2019, go elsewhere for your mortgage needs, getter better rates, and better service and online application processes.

This bank is trash. They process your transactions in a way to be able to charge you NSF fees. Having you think your transactions are pending and you have no money there to cover it even though you go in and add money before the fee hits you still get charged a fee. They hold your direct deposit and wont release it into your account on time. No wonder they have so many locations to take your hard earned money for nothing. Branch manager stacy is unprofessional rude and looks down on you if you are a middle class since she is so high class or so she thinks!

Don't deposit a check on Friday afternoon after banking hours if you need it before Tuesday! Bank doesn't process any weekend transactions until after midnight on Monday night!!! What do they do all day Monday?? Ridiculous! Looking for a new bank...👎ðŸ»

Before someone opens a business account you should let them know that any of their employees cashing a check will be charged a fee out of that check. Some of those people can't afford it, switching accounts immediately, absolutely ridiculous.

I have a checking at Regions Bank. I learned that if its after banking hours, when you use the ATM, Deposit your Payroll Check. The Bank will not allow you any money back. I had 5 dollars in my account, deposited 149.00. Your out of luck. However if you had an account at Community Bank or Iberia Bank, you would receive full credit idemidetly at both the ATM and on your Debit card. Maybe you have the wrong bank working for you. Seems like I do.

I have had the experience at this bank they are very slow in doing anything even when sending money back to a person it shouldn't take 3 to 4 days to do that
