First experience was with a phone call where I spoke with A.J. She transferred me to Steve and he answered the couple of questions that she did not feel comfortable answering, Steve explained to me how Medicare determined the price of CPAP machines and how Rotech would service my CPAP needs long term and prices are practically the same between companies. Service is about all the criteria you have to decide between competing medical supply companies. This was the only place I called that took time to explain anything to me. I had my information transferred to Rotech. Within a week I had my machine and had been "trained" by Pebbles in the office. Thanks, so far so good! Randy

Worst customer service and attitude towards their customers that I have ever experienced in my life. Especially pitiful that this a medical supply business. They should have their doors closed. They get -10 stars in my opinion.

Horrible service as they are saying my 2021 deductible hasn’t been met, though it was met in 1/2021 and this is 10/2021. This service is a con job, avoid it or get screwed.

I was sent home on oxygen after being admitted to the hospital for pneumonia and septic shock. We were hoping the oxygen was short term, but it's looking like I'll be on it for a good while. I have nothing but good to say about Rotech! They have gone above and beyond to make sure I have all the equipment I need, including portable tanks and plenty of tubing for my at-home concentrator. The staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive. No complaints!

Terrible customer service. They don’t deserve one star. They offer no help with problems and don’t care whether your problem gets solved or not. Cameron hung up on my husband after he got so exasperated with her. I had to call other home oxygen companies who gladly offered help with our problems. Due to insurance it’s too difficult to change companies. Wish we had known how terrible this company was before we discharged from the hospital. Beware-don’t use Rotech.

Dont supply required equipment when needed to much phone calls and talking only to find out they dont know what you need or talking about so I changed to another cpap company
