I can't seem to speak to company reps about an order I placed (Tire purchases and installation package), in order to cancel the order or reschedule tire installation time because I can't understand none of the reps speaking on the phone. None of the ones I spoke with can speak American English too well, and I am a "Prime member".I can't seem to find a number to call to speak with an American at corporate headquarters, either in Arkansas.So I Guess I will cancel my membership and purchase tires else where (Consumer choice), else where. So sad that in English-speaking America, can't find English-speaking Americans to speak with who work for "supposedly" an American Based English based Company (Arkansas), not in Venezuela, Cuba, Russia, Costa Rica, Mexico, China etc.

Never enough parking, nightmare to get in & out of parking lot. The store is always out of basic dairy & baking items. This store needs to be larger & relocated away from this nightmare Walmart next to it.

It's a great place to grocery shop and the store have everything that you need so many varieties to choose from that was my first time going to Sam's and I can honestly say that I will be going all the time

They are usually great with picking out my pickup items. However, the past two times my produce/cold items haven't looked the best. The six romaine hearts I got were on their last leg, and you kind of want those to be fresh because you're buying SIX of them. The real problem though was that I got a package of ham that was past its "best by" date when I bought it. I put it in my review of how my visit went and was never contacted by anyone to fix the problem. I will honestly buy my groceries in person from now on so that I can pick my own produce

My favorite stop and shop everything I need for my Inn as well as my home. The selection is amazing--everything from tires to TVs--deli selection and wonderful selection of homemade pies, cakes and cookies. I love the janitorial aisles because they have every you could want or need from cleaning to paper products. The vegetable side has an awesome selection of vegetables as well as fruit The frozen food section has everything you could need for Inn or home. Definitely worth the price!

I absolutely love my hometown Sam’s Club pharmacy. They test me very well every time I visit. They are all so friendly and work hard to make sure they get the answers and solutions to all that you need.

Yall we are headed back to Lake Charles this weekend and as we are shopping a linewife from West Virginia was trying to help get supplies and called and they said they would donate some water, so nice. Well we had grabbed alot more so we could fill our truck and when we got up there Ms. Darlene who was helping us the whole way said MS. Jenny Boyd said to go ahead and pay for all the water. We are so thankful. Thankyou for all the support you give the community and beyond our own community. Amazing!

I travel with work so I'm in Hattiesburg a couple times a week. On last Friday I stopped to purchase some needed items. I know there is a pandemic going on but the price of meat in this store is 20-30 dollars for than the Sam's in Pearl. That makes no sense.

Hard to get any help via phone. Product selection is often inconsistent. Associates seem to lack direction and aren't always willing to assist customers. Chit chat and playing around within customer view on the front end isn't appropriate.

This is the worst Sams -period. They answer the phone "hold please" and never pick up again. The last time I was there (after being put on hold 11 times ) there was a group of female employees huddled up Talking and laughing loudly and using profanity. They were acting as if they were in a night club rather than a Sams Club. The shelves were close to empty in a lot of places yet there was visible stock that needed to be put out on carts in the back (allowances have to be made because of Covid-19) but maybe that could not be helped. The phone situation is inexcusable.
