I have read the poor reviews on this store and don't get it. I use the store several times a week for sending packages and getting copies made etc. I've always received excellent service.

I am so impressed with the UPS on 98 in Hattiesburg. The staff there is always so helpful and go out of their way to assist their customers. They are wonderful at problem-solving. The staff never cease to amaze me. So grateful that this store is in our area. I highly recommend it

Everyone was very helpful and quick to attend to my needs. Fairly easy to get in and out of and the staff were quite jovial and friendly. Plenty of parking. I just had to drop off a package but I was literally in and out in 3 minutes.
