Love their soups so much. Can't decide if the etoufee, gumbo, or tomato basil is best. Also, really good sandwiches-the club in particular. Any time I come here, I can get a lot of studying done

T-Bones boasts a charming ambiance and quality coffee, but my visit was overshadowed by a rude staff member. Their dismissive attitude tarnished an otherwise promising experience. The staff member was a slim older guy with dark curly hair and glasses, he was also wearing a hat. He was outright rude to me and my kids, I would avoid this place solely because of him.

Honestly, I love 90% of everything about this place. The food, atmosphere, and music are great. I used to absolutely LOVE hanging out here. Now I only go occasionally because it still has my favorite coffee in town. The reason I'm giving it only 3⭐️ (and considered lower) is because the owner has made me (and his staff) uncomfortable. Once I was using the restroom and he banged AGGRESSIVELY on the door because he suspected I was an employee he was looking for. I swear, y'all, it was such a loud and hard several bangs that my poop crawled right back in my butt. ? No apology was made even though I yelled "someone in here" angrily, and the employee on duty was visibly shaken when I left the restroom. I know it was the owner because when I asked the employee, they were reluctant to say. I pressed the subject and let them know I'm no friend of his, and they finally relented and told me. That employee no longer works there, and they expressed how glad they are that they left when I last saw them. His employees are visibly nervous around him, save the couple dudes who've been there forever (who are awesome). Several employees have worried about talking to me for too long because they "might get in trouble", even though they were actively selling me records at that moment! That makes me feel uncomfortable and on edge when I am shopping at a small business, especially one that sells music. They should be able to give me recommendations and talk bands with me. I wasn't taking their attention away from other customers either, as I was the only one at the time. I've also learned from several past employees that the owner treats staff poorly, from not allowing them to talk amongst themselves in the kitchen, to not allowing them to talk to customers they know for more than a few brief seconds, to saying racial slurs such as the N-word to white employees (but of course never around black employees because he doesn't wanna face those repercussions). They changed their hours after covid, cutting out what seemed to be a very successful Sunday brunch and shortening daily hours, and I can't help but think it has something to do with their inability to keep staff. All in all, it's difficult to openly support a business with practices like this, no matter how much I love everything else about it. I'll still get an occasional coffee or sandwich there, but I don't give them my money weekly like I would have 6 years ago. I no longer sit for hours reading or writing, ordering multiple drinks throughout. I also no longer recommend them to others, and I actively warn friends not to work there. Treat your employees better, and you'll be able to keep more staff and customers. Happy employees make for happier customers.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are good and customizable for the most part.Parking: The parking lot is very large, with additional parking in back.Wheelchair accessibility: Use the bathroom in the cafe side if needed, because the record store side bathroom is very small and not accessible.

This place is like a dream come true—a perfect mix of café, live music, a record shop, and a bookshop, all under one roof. The staff are awesome; they're not just helpful, they're genuinely fun to talk to and they know their stuff, whether it's books, coffee, or music. The book section might be small, but every book feels like a winner. And the record collection? It's like they read my mind and put all my favourite tunes in one place. The food and drink options are spot-on, and the live music space is cozy and inviting—a perfect spot for unforgettable nights. I live far away in London, and honestly, I wish we had something this amazing back home. London's got great places, but none that bring all these amazing things together like this one does. In short, this place is more than just a shop or café; it's a real community hub that you've got to check out.

This place has it all. Great coffee with lots of options- the cold brew will change your life- and lots of sandwich and salad options for lunch. My kids like the huge cookies and other desserts. Great selection of books and music including vinyl (new and used), plus anything you need for brewing coffee or tea at home. There’s a large covered patio area with plenty of space and it stays pretty comfortable even in the warmer months. If you leave without a bottle of cold brew and a T-Bones hat or t-shirt, you’re not cool.

I love this place. I stop by every chance I get when I pass through Hattiesburg. It’s hands-down my favorite cold brew. I’ve had coffee from Mississippi to California and a bunch of places in between. My FAVORITE COLD BREW. I even bought two bottles and mixed it up for my wedding (It was a hit). It’s a must-try.

A great little coffee shop in Hattiesburg. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. The store also has a great selection of classic music on vinyl. I suggest the coffee "jams."Parking: Not a ton of parking, but there is a small lot in the back.

Fantastic stop just off of US-98 for great sandwiches, cold brew coffee and desserts; plus the awesome vibe of the classic record store than I miss! Small sandwiches are NOT that small, so be warned! A good eater like me did fine with a small sandwich and a cold brew, and was glad I saved room for a turtle bar dessert!I had The Club sandwich, which was excellent! My family had a Buffalo dipper (good), a grilled flank steak salad (excellent) and the soup of the day, roasted red pepper - delicious! The service was outstanding and friendly! Every guest is welcomed like a local! We loved the cashier, and l felt like I was talking to an old friend. We've now made this a must-stop between North Texas and the Gulf Coast!
