We are very pleased with our Tmobile internet and cell phone service. The customer service is the best I have experienced with a internet and cell phone company.We have not experienced any outages so far.Our sales specialist Matt Woody at the Hwy 98 store location is the best! I highly recommend Matt and Tmobile

I really enjoyed my visit. I went in once the week before it was an eye opener. I purchased a Samsung S-23+ cell phone. Retail price 1008.00 but with the promo on the GO 55+ plan my cost for the phone was just 208.00. signed up for home internet as well. Then on this second visit added my dad on the plan, got him a 228.00 phone absolutely free and a Samsung Chromebook absolutely free. By my count that's a 1244.00 to the good for me. Simply amazing. I actually have 5G coverage unlike the carrier I left, Verizon, who were constantly saying they have 5 G but I never even got the 4G coverage that they said was available for the last 3+ years. I don't like to be lied to and abused. Granted I used to be a diehard Verizon customer but no longer. As long as T-Mobile treats me satisfactorily and continues offering great service and outstandingly offers, they have made me a believer . I have become a diehard T-Mobile customer. I know there will always be dead spots throughout the coverage of America by all cell phone carriers So customer service and their loyalty and their ability to stand behind there company will be what I gravitate towards. Thanks T-Mobile, you are at the top of my list.

Probably the worst experience I've had at a retail establishment. Manager and a rep. purposely deceived me and told me I was getting a certain plan but, did not give me a printed order, only a hand written fill in the blank form. I get home and check my email later and find a copy of the real order. Very different and $60 a month more. They are either deceitful or simply incompetent. I did not sign the order in store, the rep apparently e-signed it. I was told at another store that they were supposed to have given me a copy of the completed, printed order in store. I went back to speak to the manager about the issues. He didn't seem to care at all. Really, not at all. No apology, no nothing and wanted to argue with me that what they did and informed me was correct, that T Mobile had it wrong. . . What!! Reps at another store immediately recognized the mistakes and errors. And, as others have stated, trying to get a clear and correct answer from customer support, online or on the phone, is excruciating. It takes hours and hours only to discover again later that a different problem has now been created by a representative that didn't know what they were doing. And, of course, the customer service reps are in another country so, there is a communication barrier with customers in the US. . . Stay far, far away from this store if you value your money, your time and your sanity. . . We spent hours and hours and hours trying to fix the mess they made of things. . .

BEST PHONE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY. Chandler made sure I got the best deals and the rep, Haley made sure I had the smoothest transition from Samsung to an Apple phone. I recommend this store they made it so easy and were so knowledgeable about everything.

I had Verizon buy out my contract in 2022. Never received any type of communication and the T-Mobile debt collectors are telling me I owe $651. On top of that, the customer service representative calls me NAIVE. How unprofessional can you be? You assume I didn't try to take any action on this and just decide that calling me names was the RIGHT way? Nah, FUCK t-mobile.

My family has been with TMobile for +/- 6 years and while I am very satisfied with the service they provide I recently ran into an issue that I feel could be corrected. I have needed a new phone for the past year or so because the one I have, a Samsung A11, has been wonky at best. I recently attempted to purchase a new Samsung A13 with an American Eagle Visa card that I had already completely paid off. Unfortunately I was unable to accomplish this endeavor because for whatever reason their system wouldn't/couldn't accommodate my purchase. I can use this same card to purchase groceries, gas, liquor you name it but for whatever reason TMobile can't or won't work with me. This is really my only complaint because otherwise I am quite pleased and have recommended them on the regular to others with different cell companies. Otherwise I am very happy BUT it would be nice if something/anything could be done to remedy this issue.

BEWARE!!! I have had nothing but headaches since I signed up with T-Mobile. Every week there are new issues! The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing! Everyone you talk with gives a different answer which is usually wrong! I wish I had never heard of T-Mobile! They bill you for service that you didn't order! A big rip-off! Never had these issues with my previous carrier! If you do business here, you will regret it!
