We rented a unit on McInnis this week using the web and following up in person the next day. The process was simple and Chandra explained all the details professionally. The unit was clean and ready for our use. I would highly recommend Tellus McInnis to anyone needing a storage unit in Hattiesburg.

I’ve been there for about 5years and this manager is awesome. I run my business from there and there is no better place to store your valuables and prized possessions. Everything that I have asked them to do has been taken care of immediately. I’m hard to please but they have made it feel like home.

Ms. Chanda was extremely helpful and well versed on the different in-store products I would need and storage units. As I'm new to the area, she helped me figure out what I would need to ensure that my cherry wood desk wouldn't suffer damage over time. She even recommended a place to go get iced coffee. LOL. This place is top notch in my book.

This facility is clean, allows 24 hour access, and has friendly helpful staff which a direct reflection manager! I feel safe with my storage choice now that i found this location, I wouldn't rent storage anywhere else! Thanks Chanda for your hardwork, commitment and attention to detail!!
