Beautiful church, it has a gym, however I do think they charge a bit much for it, however (most of) the people are very nice.

This church, like every other church in Hattiesburg, is a social club. People ask youm "what subdivision do you live in?" and "What do you do?" becuase they want to know if it is canebrake or some other snob fest neighborhood And want to know kif you are a doctor or one of the snobby doctors wives set driving around in white suvs and yoga pants. The preaching is absolutely dead, religiousy Southern Baptist, so basic that a child could have written the sermons. No anointing whatsoever. The classes, which is a weird Hattiesburg concept, or Sunday school, is a group of lay person-led book clubs, essentially. Very boring, always some cliquey trendy Beth Moore book for women or how to be your best self. Bible studies should include the Word of God. The Southern Baptsists are a cult. It is a religion. And Family worship is also a cult. If you are single or don't hve a family, don't live in a total stuck up snob subdivision, be prepared to be on the fringe outskirts here. There is no room for being from the outside. This church could not be more unChristlike if it tried. If you want stupid, empty, uneducated classes based on some best seller evangelical's latest book, then this is your church. If you want to be a part of the Southern cult of family worship and bring your whole family to this country club, go right ahead. If you want to be in a massive airport facility that costs tens of miillions of dollars and then listen to the douche pastor talk about "investing money into the community", go right ahead, this place is for you. If you want an empty headed sermon you can tell has been written a week ahead and exists in file folder and recycled, then this is your place. On the other hand, if you want to know God, know His Word and know the times in which we live, called the end times and know that His Son's return is imminent and you want to feel like your family is not only your blood relation, but is the Body of Christ, then DO NOT GO TO TEMPLE BAPTIST DEAD CHURCH. There is good reason the community of Hattiesburg has labeled this church, "Six Flags Over Jesus" because it is just that. All fluff and money and flesh, entertainment games and fancy light sabers and not one drop fo the Real Church.
