We saw Taylor. She is very nice and my daughter’s hair turned out beautiful but I called to ask what the cost would be. They told me $108. Then when I went to pay they charged me $168 and said that they had to include styling even though I didn’t ask for it. She said they don’t do just highlights but they don’t tell you that on the phone. The price that a business quotes someone should be the price that they actually charge. If some other service has to be included then they should say that when you ask for a price. When I complained about it they weren’t willing to do anything. That’s just how their business does things, apparently.

The stylist did not listen to what I wanted. I asked for blonde highlights and lowlights and a shoulder length bob with layers. I got a mousy brown color chop to the chin. I wasted a lot of money to wear a hat until it grows out. It looks horrible.

Carly did such an amazing job on my hair! She got it evened out and cut it just the way I wanted it! This place is amazing and would recommend them! One of the Owners Katie Hammons really made sure her guests are taken care of to the fullest and her leadership shows with her employees. The Brazilian blowout serum is amazing! My hair is thick and naturally wavy and this product has my hair smooth, shiny and soft! And it doesn't take as long to blow dry my thick hair with this product, it cuts down on the blow drying time!Services: Haircut

I use Jessica at the salon. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with her. She listens to what you have to say and makes sure your both on the same page with what you want. Lynlee is the absolute best. I love how sweet, attentive and caring she is. I got a balayage and she did an amazing job. I always feel comfortable as soon as I walk in to The Studio. Also, the Aveda products are the best. They have completely changed my hair.
