My car had its share of troubles over the last couple of weeks. I really appreciated the attention to detail that the team put in to making sure it was safe to drive as they uncovered a couple of related issues. They had a nice and comfortable area, very friendly staff, and so much patience with my poor old rusty friend.

I wish that my elderly had not taken her car to this dealership for service work. Closer isn't always better. Her car was in their care for an extended period of time without a positive outcome; the car was not repaired, and additional damage was done. Then, she was handed a large bill for parts that did not fix her car. You do not pay for parts that do not resolve the issue (no proof that parts installed on car), especially with additional damage caused; this is inexcusable with computer diagnostics. If possible, I will be modifying my review to include a picture of the destruction that this business caused.

Toyota of Hattiesburg has been doing wonderful job with servicing both my 2017 vehicles. The cost is minimal and the service by Service Tech, Mr. Jerry is awesome along with his staff. I truly appreciate and Trust these guys at Toyota. I've had major repairs in the past, but because they explained everything to me and took the time to answer all my questions, I saw I can trust them.... So, now I own GM vehicles, but Still come to Toyota for repairs and basic maintenance.

I was bullied by Mr. Steele whom was trying to put me way outside of my budget in financing, I settled on a vehicle I thought would be a good investment for my future, and it barely lasted three months, right after losing my mom and having to pay for all of her end of life I had to go into debt because a car that should have worked for at least a few years, barely made it three months because of a gasket seal that should have already been checked before being sold. They had the audacity to tell me that they wanted either half of what I owe in finance or more than what I owe in finance to fix it as well. A $200 part was going to cost over $3,600 to put on and flush the systems.It’s three hours worth of work, the most annoying part being having to put everything back that you had to remove to get to the engine. So basically, they wanted to charge me $3400 for three hours worth of work. On top of that they charge me over $800 for taking off One part putting another one on and running one test. The worst part is I have a hybrid, so I have very limited options in who will work on my vehicle.Marissa was absolutely sweet and understanding though. She made the whole experience a little less terrible.This was my final terrible experience with them, and I will not be going back. Their Technicians are rude, their parts department are cold and rude as well.In fact, there are service department women have been the only ones to treat me dignity and kindness.

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They ended up breaking my lug key during the service due to overpowering the lug key. The service manager handled the situation so unprofessionally. She didn't seem to take responsibility and claimed that the lug key was bound to break anyway. I've used that same key at other places without a hitch, so it was a bit hard to believe. I waited around 40 minutes just to have a chat with her. But when I finally did, she wasn't too helpful. Instead of addressing the problem, she offered a discount on a car wash like it was some sort of solution. She refused to cover the cost of a new lug key and stated that it is in her power to cover the cost, but she chose not to. Her attitude was disappointing, to say the least. All in all, my trip to Toyota Hattiesburg was disappointing. I can't say I'd recommend their service department based on this encounter and I will never be returning to this dealership.

I recently bought a 2023 Camry and needed to get my first service done. I didn’t have an appointment, but they took great care of me, and got it done quickly. These people are really nice and efficient. I hope to see them again.

I absolutely love my salesman, Regi Grace!! As a single woman purchasing a vehicle after doing my research, Mr. Regi was knowledgeable and no nonsense. He did not treat me as others had on some other lots. He cared about my purchase and my happiness. So hot that I am grateful. I am auto loyal so for me to leave my previous manufacturer for Toyota says a lot about the salesperson and the brand. Not only was he great, the finance department didn’t steer me wrong. I’m a businesswoman so I research. I left there with a beautifully dependable automobile without the buyers remorse. I’m looking forward to this new journey with “Specs” ( that’s my truck) Thanks to Mr. Regi, Amber Scott and the finance team!! Y’all Rock!!!

Despite the common opinion that dealerships ate more expensive than other car repair shops, anytime something is wrong that I need to bring my car in for and call around for prices, Toyota has always come out cheapest. Sometimes not by much and sometimes by a lot. Being able to get financing is another bonus so I don't have to worry as much about whether I can afford the work needing to be done. Everyone there when I go is polite, professional, and does their best to keep you updated on how things with your car are going and if you ware waiting there, will check in to make sure everything is going okay or if you want/need a cup of coffee during the wait. Their waiting area is also very comfortable for a place you may spend a while in if waiting during servicing.

Buying a new car from Toyota of Hattiesburg is a wonderful experience! They are extraordinarily helpful in all areas of the negotiation. Better yet, when a mistake in pricing was discovered in the middle of our negotiations, they supported the mistaken price even though it meant their loss of several thousand dollars.
