“We had a super experience with our Penske rental. As AAA members we also received a discount which made it cheaper than U-Haul. The truck was new; it had only 7,400 miles on it. The rental allowed for unlimited miles over 3 days.The after-hours drop-off was quick and easy. We picked ours up at a Home Depot, and returned it to a Penske Truck Rental at our destination.”

“I’ve been using UHaul for close to 30 years, in different states. It’s a name I can trust. This location was fabulous. Clean, wonderful staff and owner and they had great communication with me. Fast, professional service and the best location I’ve ever utilized. I’d recommend this one to everyone I know, as well as various Internet forums I am on for motorcycle trailer rental and also to my friends and family for their storage facilities. Mr. Bill & Kristin (spelling?) were 100% nice, helpful, and customer service driven. 5 stars ⭐️”

“I had a pretty good experience here. I had two drop-offs because I had transported an empty trailer for them. The young lady who helped me the first day was quite friendly and helpful. The second drop-off was okay. The sign says to wait with the vehicle, and I did. When no one came out, I figured they were busy, and I went inside. There was one young man in a U-Haul shirt scrolling on his phone, and the young lady at the desk seemed to be on a personal call. Both acknowledged me and were friendly, but I wondered if they had even known I had pulled up. The young lady said I would receive my receipt in 45 minutes to an hour. Instead, the truck was not checked in for 3 hours according to the receipt. I was beginning to get concerned. The experience was not bad. It just could have been better.”

She kept calm and helped me to be calm. She went above what she could have done. Great job Allison.( I had to call the store to get her name)”
