Today was a bad level of customer service. My husband and I went through the drive thru at 12:40p and didn’t get done until 1:17p. I only wanted to deposit “cash.” He asked for a deposit slip and I filled it out completely but wanted to W/D a few dollars, so the teller confirmed the amount I wanted to deposit and had me to initial the new deposit slip b/c he filled it out reflecting the correct amount of the cash deposit.. Keep in mind I’m depositing cash & not a check. It wasn’t anything extra like verification or any other factors that could possibly have made us wait this long. 3 other cars came and left, meanwhile we’re still waiting to be finished.. We didn’t receive “sorry for your wait”, or “we apologize for the inconvenience.” I called inside to file a complaint & Christine,Mgr informed me that she would call me back, but she did not. I was forced to be late for and waisted my time stopping at this branch. What should have took no more than 5 minutes took 35 and that is not acceptable.. Hopefully you all set a goal for drive thru tellers to complete customer transactions. People got thru drive thru because it’s supposed to be faster and convenient. That was a poor example of fast and friendly customer service

Very convenient location for West Hattiesburg customers. Professional and courteous employees who give you the hometown feeling of banking. Trustmark offers many amazing benefits to their customers, as well as online banking, so I highly recommend banking with them!

This branch is pretty good at daily transactions but calling corporate for any issues is TERRIBLE. I will be removing my account from them ASAP

Close to my old apartment and easy drive thru option. Nice corner location and employees seem nice

The cashier was extremely rude barely made eye contact and told me that she was going to charge me an extra $10 to cash the check that was from their bank. I guess treating the customer like crap and charge them extra money is a way new way to get new customers.
