Ups in Hattiesburg Ms are horrible all they do is steal your packages and mark it as delivered and when you reach out to a manager they play crazy and be knowing they stealing your packages

The girl working the front on 1/24/24 at 12:00pm is lazy and unprofessional. I didn’t know employees were allowed to lean all over the counter and scroll on their phones when they’re supposed to be helping a customer. She yelled at me as I left because I didn’t tell her to have a good day back. What a clown.

Worst!!!Zero accountability. They lost my item, never apologized, and refused to provide $90 shipment back.I went to the office four times asking my refund.Pathetic!!!!I still have the claims to prove their fault but apparently, nothing worked out.

Kim and everyone one here have been always helpful, professional and friendly. The past two years, Kim has sized and printed color photos on card stock that we’ve used to make Christmas/holiday postcards - much appreciated!

I brought in two small boxes to be placed in one larger box on 11/07/23. The store manager was assisting me. She placed my small boxes into an appropriate larger box, weighed and charged me the almost $45.00 and assured me that the package would be delivered on 11/10/23. She never sealed up and labeled the package.The package was not delivered on 11/10… and doesn’t even show up in your tracking. I returned this morning11/13/23 to find out where my package was… and the manager was rude and combative. She said she was going to have to call “over there” and I asked her if she would call me back today … and said it definitely would not be today.I think she stole my packages.

DO NOT USE UPS! They steal packages! Me and my mom ordered offline that was supposed to be delivered thru UPS I did not receive my package instead someone opened hers and switch her order out! UPS did NOTHING. I will be calling corporate

Don't use this location. They will open your package after you leave and steal out of it. The manager attempted to help but the cashier was very rude and unprofessional and the only other person that knew what was in the package.Update! The owner avoided calls for over a week and then said the video footage has been recored over. Insurance was paid for on the packaged but never contacted about. The police are now involved because the owner has not tried to do anything and the lady who's name is Tiffany still works there. They do not honor customer service but cover for employees that open customer packages and steal out of them. Do yourself a favor and use FedEx!! Word of mouth is the best advertisement and I will tell everyone I know they do not care about their customers.

Do not use this store! They are not honest and steal out of packages. The owner does not honor insurance and covers for his employees by avoiding you and then saying the camera footage has been recorded over.

First, I must say the young lady that waited on me was very nice, although I felt like I was being over charged. She told me an 8"x8" cardboard box was $10.00. After checking out, I asked for the box so I could put the items in it and tape it closed. She told me she would do it for me. Then after getting home, I looked at my receipt and I was charged $6.42 for the box, $2.42 for packing materials, and $3.41 for std pack service. I think I should have been given the option to use a packing service. I would recommend using the United States Postal Service.

My husband dropped off 6 boxes Thursday a couple hours before closing. I dropped off 3 boxes Friday and the prev 6 had not been shipped! One of the workers was yelling at the other 2 workers. She was telling them that the packages in the back had to be sent out that night. So I'm guessing no one did their job the prev night. This is so disappointing that you pay for a service and the employees ship the packages whenever they get around to it. I checked the tracking and confirmed that my boxes didn't leave until Friday.

I called the UPS store to find out if they could print my shipping label. I told them that I got an email from UPS. I forwarded my email to their email at the store. While I was on the phone with them, they made sure that my email got to them. They told me they would have my label ready when I got to the store. When I get to the store, they go to the email that I sent them to print the label, then they come back and tell me that the UPS delivery has to come to my house instead of me coming to the store. I live 35 miles away which means I wasted 70 miles worth the driving and an hour and 1/2 of my life for something they simply could have told me over the phone.
