The representative that helped us was very knowledgeable of Verizon policies, equipment and experience. Best customer service I have EVER received with Verizon. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves a nice raise.

A co-worker got into an accident about a half a mile east of campus and a little north of Hardy Street. I went to go check on them, and I found myself in one of the many dead spots in Hattiesburg and especially around campus and I couldn't make any calls or use data. Text messages seem to go through after some time.My experience with Verizon and Hattiesburg recently is that it service is awfully inconsistent and there are many places where it's simply doesn't work at all despite showing a signal. Verizon maintains that their network is fine despite reports from coworkers friends family and even professors who have Verizon with the same problem. I was promised by a worker at this Verizon 3 years ago that 5G was about to be implemented in the city - I guess they just wanted me to buy a new 5G phone from them. To this day the only places that have 5G service are wealthy neighborhoods and college housing areas.Verizon service has become exceptionally bad yet they still position themselves as a premium provider.I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Had a deal for free google watch and tablet to switch carriers. Never got the watch or the tablet.

My daughter went in to have her new phone (that her dad and I purchased) and (1) was told they wouldn't activate it because she wasn't on our account, and (2) they wouldn't give her SIM card back. My local store here in Florida told me that it would cost me to replace the SIM card. I'm disappointed after being a loyal customer for over 20 years

Terrible. The employees were beyond rude and unhelpful. Very poor customer service. I cannot imagine what type of poor home lives these guys must have to treat others the way they do. Very poor service in general.

Mis Jennifer got us set up on a business account in no time at all. The customer service is awesome. She saved us almost 250 a month on our cell bill. Thank you so much for all you did and continue to do for Lock's Handyman Services L.L.C.

Kyle is a terrible worker. He pretended to assist me and stated that I needed someone authorized on the account with me to buy a phone. When in fact I bought 2 phones from Verizon in the past 6 years without an authorized user and the only thing the authorized user had to do is send a code back. To confirm he didn't do anything I had to go to another Verizon location and the other worker said he didn't do anything to assist me or else it would've showed in the system. If you go to Verizon don't go to Kyle.
