“Dr. Ebers is great! She listens to concerns and answers questions. She doesn't rush your appointment. The office staff are friendly and courteous. They follow-up after your visit (when warranted) to see how things are with your baby.
We're fairly new to the Hattiesburg area and finding the right vet for our dogs & rabbits was a concern, but I think we found the right one in Dr. Ebers.”
“I love this place. The people are fantastic and truly care about the animals they are seeing. The techs and Dr. Starling know my dog and remember his issues, his normals, and everything about him really. Dr. Starling is extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring, and informative. She comes up with a plan and takes time to explain and lets you ask questions. I never feel rushed here, and I’ve never had to wait long. When I need an appointment or a med pickup it doesn’t take multiple days. They usually answer on the first couple of rings and are always helpful and want to make sure the animal and the owner are cared for. I am emotional and cried at my most recent visit due to some complications with my dog and they made sure I had privacy and that I was okay. They care for the animal and the owner. Also I feel like their prices are very fair.
I know my dog is in good hands when I go to Vet Associates and I can’t recommend this place enough.”

“WONDERFUL SERVICE all the way around. This was my first time using them and I was at their mercy desperate for a correct diagnosis when I called about my shih tzu Mofo. She was in pain and not eating or drinking, barely moving. Dr Ember was an angel. She was very thorough and ran multiple test and diagnosed the problem and even found an unrelated underlying heart condition that was undetected for over 6 years. She explained each charge beforehand and the cost was very reasonable, not that I cared what it cost to fix my baby. With the correct meds, 48 hours later she’s eating, drinking and barking as usual. They even called today to see how she’s doing. The front desk staff is great as well, they all just loved on my baby and guided me every step. Truly top notch service and both my fur babies will be lifelong patients.”
“We love Parkway Pet Hospital, and our babies do too! Probably one of my favorite things about it here is that it's in a super convenient and quiet location. My last vet was at AMC, which is always packed and is right on Hardy (super busy and loud), and my GSD hated it. We had to give her gabapentin and trazadone just for routine visits! She has not needed that at all at Parkway. Her experience is far better here - and she (and we) LOVE Dr. Carli!! ❤️❤️❤️”
“I love this place. Super nice staff. We took our new baby in for spay. They took her back quick. She did great with her surgery. We were able to pick her up 3 hours later. Price was unbeatable!!! My girl is doing awesome. I definitely recommend this clinic.”
“Have brought several babies here, dog n cats. The vets are kind and knowledgeable.. 4 stars because some services are really pricey, especially spay/neuter, flea/ heartworm meds, and end of life care. A few reasonable visits have also happened ?⬛??

“Was a customer at a nearby veterinarian for many years. Had my pup boarded over a 4 day weekend, and my pup had just been bathed when I picked her up. Asked why and they informed me that she has congestive heart failure and they bathed her due to her having a bad bowel mvmt due to ker organs shutting down. ? I brought my lil girl to Mrs Brenda, and she informed me that she had a severe heart murmer and with the right medications she would have several more years. That's been over a year ago and my lil guard dog is still sleeping on our heads at night. Dr Brenda and her group are amazing, I wish I would have made the move many years ago!”
“Our family has been blessed with many types of family members. We have over the years, required the services of several veterinarians within the Hattiesburg area. Regrettably, we have been continually disappointed. Most of our extended family has been of the feline (purr)suasion. After many years of association with Town and Country Vets I believe I can safely say, I have never been as pleased with the care that is provided to my felines. They are extremely attuned to the cat psyche and are very willing to take extra steps to connect with these patients. I have not found this to be true ANYWHERE else. Felines are not canines. They need vets to understand their specific needs. Though TOWN AND COUNTRY ANIMAL HOSPITAL care for many types of animals, they definitely have a knack for the cats!!!”

“Dr. Collins saw our Pittie and it was a great experience. They were busy when we arrived, but were seen promptly (which was a small concern since they don’t take appointments). Dr. Collins was patient, listened to all of our concerns, gave us all our options (while understanding that money does have to be factor- so no going to the counter waiting for the price of the many medications we had to get), she was so sweet to our baby and I will definitely be returning for future visits for all of my dogs. The ladies up front were also very nice and informative!”

“My sweet 12 year old Mini Doxie had been suffering from a bladder tumor. The day after Christmas she got worse, she was unable to urinate, and throwing up. I called first and a nice lady explained the policies and told me to bring her in right away. The nurse and doctor were very kind and explained every detail. I had to make a very hard and sad decision. It broke my heart but I had to let her go. The staff was kind and helpful. Very professional also.”
“I got a new puppy here based on a recommendation from a friend. They have purebred dogs to buy as well as rescue dogs. They're professional, responsive to questions, and the well being of the dogs seemed to be a top priority.”
