The worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. Walgreens corporate needs to intervene. They put patients on hold indefinitely until they are forced to hang up. I've had the pharmacist herself put me on hold and never come back. Our prescriber called directly for important medications and was given horrible attitude. THEY DON'T CARE HERE. When pulling up to the window I've been served by people who seemed to be under the influence. Seek care elsewhere. You could get hurt using this pharmacy.

Pharmacy never has it together. Prescriptions setup on auto refill and go to pickup after their automated system has called me 100 times in 4 days to tell me my prescription is ready, and guess what? It’s still not ready. Was told it would be 15 min for them to fill 1 prescription with nobody else in line or at the drive thru. And I said even after i was called back to back for 4 days saying my prescription was ready? Her response “no, but it’s ok cause I’m bout to fill it now”. But is it ok though? Nah. Not for me. I’ll let you go ahead and fill that script while I’m moving over to another pharmacy.

If I could give zero stars I would. You would think that after covid people would value their jobs but service has actually gotten worse. I waited in line for a passport photo and three ladies stood at the photo counter and galavanted amongst themselves, one rang up people and the rest were just hanging out. By my turn in line the next employee had just clocked in for work the three ladies told him to take my passport photo instead of one of them that were already at work. All four them stood there talking amongst themselves laughing and joking about work and I stood there absolutely confused as to why I was being ignored until finally I walked off. I will not beg any entity to take my money. This is not the first time multiple people conjugated in the photo area and prolong service longer than it needed to be. If multiple people are going to be in one area should that not improve service. Zero stars and I won't be back.

Really fast service, really nice, and great variety of products. The pharmacy staff must have had ten people in total working the Friday afternoon crowd. However... the antibiotics they gave me for my child hadn't been flavored and they didn't ask me what flavor I wanted. Consequently, I get to give my 8-year-old nasty tasting antibiotics for the next 10 days, twice daily. Next time I'll know better to ask.

The store is okay but the pharmacy is horrible. There's always a very long line that moves extra slow. Every time I go to drop off or pick up a rx I can expect at least a 30 min wait.

Rudeness at Walgreens Not much ruffles my feathers, but it is late, and I cannot shake off the rude treatment I experienced at Walgreens tonight. I went to pick up several prescriptions, and was standing second in line at the pharmacy counter. The old gentleman ahead of me was having trouble, not sure what about, as I really try not to listen to private conversations. Another clerk was helping at the drive thru, then when no car was there, instead of coming over to help me, a

This pharmacy is the most unprofessional pharmacy in town. I recommend driving to Oak Grove rather than using this one. The pharmacists seem unequipped to handle the amount of clients that come in and their manager sets the example of that for them. Don't expect to talk to her to receive any further help; however do expect an apethetic unprofessional attitude. Horrible customer relations and performance throughout the whole team.

Worst excuse for a pharmacy. I have two sick children whose prescriptions were literally sent over 3 hours ago. When I FINALLY made it to the window they told me it would be an additional 20-30 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. I work in health care, I understand waiting is part of it, however, I should not have to wait 4+ hours for a prescription with my two sick children in the car. If you are under staffed, hire more staff. Fix the problem. I refuse to use this pharmacy anymore.

This pharmacy is very unprofessional. I waited for someone to assist me even though there was no line. The techs and pharmacists were just laughing, talking, and goofing off and they saw me waiting for help. Then they had an issue with my insurance and just treated me like I was the problem. I'm a competent person, and I know how my insurance should work for this medication since I've used it at this location before. They didn't try to offer any advice or answer my questions, just said "you have to go somewhere else" even though this is the only pharmacy I've used since moving here...

I like the pharmacy. They got my order together very quickly and I like they have the system that calls your phone. It's very cool. The staff here is nice. Otherwise prices are too high there although they have most everything you need. There might be a guy hanging around outside asking for spare change. I always so "I have nothing to spare"
