I arrived and was checked in at 5:06 pm for an oil change. I had only two cars in front of me. I didn’t leave until almost 7 pm. Extremely slow workers, not being mindful of customers time. The time I’ve lost would be worth going somewhere else and paying a higher price.

Was told my tire being plugged would take 30 mins so went looked around Walmart 1 hour later came back asked how much longer she said they are just about done mind you I can see the cars being worked on mine wasn’t out there so I ask and she had to run around and she came and said it hasn’t been started well now about 2 hours later was told 30 more mins so waited took them about a total of 4 hours to plugged a tire that had a nail in it. Can’t beat the price but if only you have time to wait 4 hours.Service: Tires

Can't beat the price but you can bear the speed of service. I saw the person who appeared to be in charge of the bay techs just stand around for hours instead of helping to move the growing line of customers. I realize it was early on a Sunday morning. Who's getting tires at 7am on a sunday? I'll tell you. Someone who's only available time is in the morning Sunday because they have to be back at work Sunday afternoon.I was surprised by the price of all the extras. Somehow $380 in tires ended up being over $500. I really wish this practice was done away with. It seems smarmy to customers and we don't like it.I can't complain about the actual price of the tires. I may get them from walmart more often. I probably won't recommend them to anyone unless you're gonna drop your car and go. There was one person ahead of me, and somehow it took nearly 3 hours to do 4 tires on my car. Ridiculous.

Saw the reviews and was a little nervous but needed an oil change on our long road trip. I did a walk in and within two hours, the oil change was done and paid for. It was significantly less expensive than oil changes in Kentucky and New York, which is a huge plus. I started changing my wiper blades in the parking lot and without asking, one of the workers came over to make sure I didn't need any help. Super sweet and accommodating workers here. Josephine was working the counter inside and she was getting through customers so efficiently. Definitely recommend.

It took them forever to answer the phone and then they put me on hold for 23 minutes. Then they picked the phone up and hung up on me. So I had to do it all over again. ?

Extremely lengthy wait times that are simply not worth it. The prices are not that appealing in comparison with alternative automotive service providers that guarantee rapid service times. I cannot complain about any of the services I have received from this provider over the years. The work has always been satisfactory. However, I have recently found that other providers in my area are just as reliable, provide services much more quickly, and are just as reasonably priced, if not a better deal, in fact. There's also added bonuses when you choose an alternative to this provider such as not even needing to leave the comfort of your vehicle and most likely being able to deal with the service provider or a supervisor one on one throughout the entire process rather than having to spend time asking any questions or dealing with the often overwhelmed and clearly unhappy employees or customer service representatives who are apparently the only available employees to assist you with any questions or concerns during the process of having your car serviced by Walmart's automotive service provider. You must also deal with these same employees when checking out and paying for any work you've had done before being able to retrieve your vehicle. I'm not stating that ALL of my interactions with the customer service representatives in automotive have been unsatisfactory, but I must admit that there have been occasions when my dealings with the available representatives were less than pleasant. It's understandable for them to become overwhelmed and agitated while working in such a position, having to deal with circumstances beyond their control and sometimes beyond their understanding, and also being bombarded with phone calls, customers' questions in general, and most of all having to repeatedly explain to people who are wanting their vehicles back in a more timely manner why they're having to wait so long. I don't think that would be an enjoyable position for anyone. Walmart's automotive department should look into restructuring in a way that resembles their competitors, in my personal opinion. However, I wouldn't say that they seem to be losing very much money operating as is. They are always super busy, and not only busy, but backed up with people waiting for what seems like forever to have their vehicles serviced any time I've used them. I've even tried to get there early before they open before to be the first in line to be serviced only to learn once they finally opened that there was a vehicle that would be ahead of me because they were unable to get to it the day before. Very disappointing. I would think that the entire department could be reorganized in a way that would operate far better overall, and would also provide services in a much more timely fashion than it ever has in my past experience.

I spoke to Jennifer on the phone who told me they could fit me in at 4 so I made an appointment. When I got there I was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait. At 6 pm I asked to make sure the work would be done before close and was told definitely. Finally at 8 pm my car was brought in and Jennifer rung me up. The amount was short and I told her so. She said, oh well there was no way they could balance the tires tonight, they could just do the oil change. I was in the middle of a drive so I had to get a hotel that night--$100 down the drain--and come back at 7 am. Never an apology from her. UPDATE the morning manager comped part of my service. Not enough to cover the hotel but it was something
